To clear any confusion, I used the d-pad circled in red to turn in the past. I now use the stick in the lime circle just next to it. And the other lime circle is my gas and brake.

Popped up into the top 500 (for now) with a 1:48.170. I know I lost some time at turn 10 as I didn't take it far enough into there.

And for anyone wondering, I play with the PS4 DualShock. Old school X and Square for gas and brake, too.

I would LOVE to play with a wheel, but a disability prevents me from doing so.

Still progressing on Interlagos but i think i'm going to spend more time grinding after buying the Barker.
down to 10 mil now and with the limited time i have it's prob better to spend some time at Tokyo 🤣

So i think this is my last video on Interlagos , but who know's ..........(i prob can't resist)

Progressed to 1:48.248, felt slidy but kind of fast, but a 47 is def doable with some efford.
I did put in the chase-cam for the people who like it, hope i can help somebody to get gold with this

The last change that made me just a little faster than before was the first last corner upshifting to 4th early for some stability.

Two tenths inside the Gold Time with Dualsense. Going to have to watch a guide to find more time as the car feels pretty comfortable at the limit. But I must be missing a trick to get in the 48's.

To add to this, watched a guide. Immediately dropped 5/10ths from my best time. They key seems to be taking a number of the tighter turns in 3rd gear. Avoids wheelspin, one less gearshift, more stability.

I guess that I'm leaving a lot of time at T4 (Reta Oposta). I have the right braking point, but I'm probably braking too much, resulting in either less cornering speed or loss of aderence in the front. Or both..


T12 (Juncao) still don't get the right braking and turning point, resulting in turning too slow, or going too wide, with poor speed in the following straight

Had lots of fun with this over the weekend. Still not a big fan of the track, but it definitely has grown on me a bit.

Friday after work i managed a 49.9 but i couldn't get into the flow and felt like i was fighting the car the whole time.

Saturday morning felt much better, but was only able to trim .1 off my time and trim it even less on Sunday morning. Currently sitting at 48.884 or something like that lol

If i get a chance to go full try hard i am pretty sure i can break under 48.5, as i was at least that far ahead of my ghost a number of times. At least i think I'm safe for gold in case i don't get back to it for some reason.....

If i can do it so can you. Keep pushing folks

Not always, but on some points it's just a little easier to control the wheelspin, first esses after the mainstraight enter in 3th and shortshift to 4th on the second apex you will gain alot extra on the straight by missing that slow shift moment, and second hairpin in 3th is no problem and less wheelspin makes your placement for the long left hander a litttle easier, during that for last left hander you can also shortshift to 4th.

Yeah... I don't know either how to share ghost on leaderboard. But if you shared with some keywords, if we know keywords we maybe can find it.
Another way is to record replay. You play replay and start video recording by pressing share button, small one on the left on controller and select recording. Next step is to use playstation app on phone to download it locally so it can be edited and shared on YouTube. Then you can post link from YouTube here.
If someone knows better way, please educate me 😊

Only if you are in the top 10 of the leaderboard at any point in time is your ghost automatically saved and available for everyone to use.

EDIT: Maybe not automatically, because some top 10 ghosts are not there; but think the top 10 part is correct.

After few laps, 1:50.354!
I thought, this is "that" one lap wonder...
But I tried more and quickly boom, 1:49.847!!

If aliens didn't so persistent, it would be gold (few days ago), but now I'm so near, but far...

Down to 1:50.8XX

I did a comparison between my cornering speed (lowest speed within a turn) and the ones seen from Mistah.
I was expeting huge differences since he is lapping in 47.5 but I'm actually there.

Next time I'll compare the speeds at the braking point, I'm pretty sure that mine are quite lower, I'm curious to see how much.

I should take this as a huge lesson learned... I should slow down more, or better, to accellerate earlier.

Let's see if my hands and feet agree with the call

After few laps, 1:50.354!
I thought, this is "that" one lap wonder...
But I tried more and quickly boom, 1:49.847!!

If aliens didn't so persistent, it would be gold (few days ago), but now I'm so near, but far...

Here is how it happened:

loose the TCS, it is not helping you here, and it's not that overpowered that you are all over the place, you nee all the power delivered to the wheel.
The first esses after the straight, go to 4th when you hit the second apex, will get you a higher topspeed on that straight, then brake just before the 100m and go to third and again on apex to 4th, in the slower corners you can be alot more agressieve, even without TCS.😁, gibve it a try, maby it also works for you, for me it did

Then gold is no problem for you I think 😁
