But it's simulation.
I'd like to simulate a lap of an E30 M3 around the Nordschleife. Not a batmobile.

I do have fun on these time trials and that's what keeps me coming back for more.
The previous Genesis VGT at Monza was no fun for me and niether was the the Bugatti VGT at Kyoto.

To each his own I suppose, but I think majority would like to keep it to actual cars.

2 millions (21th gold) from GV went into Aston Martin invite, though it wasn't enough, but it was starting capital

Then went and bought Bugatti and took it to Le Mans ride, slow 4:30 in only valid lap...
It can go faster, but I don't see myself in gold here.

Experienced some "technical difficulties" with new wheel (GT DD X) this week, finally got it fixed and tried again at Grand Valley TT last night and I guess that's my highest result ever. Kinda sucks because I know I could have done a 1:18.6xx but ran outta time. But I'll take it! I see lots of people here had their best ever result on this TT, pretty cool!

So what does this "31" country rank mean circled below? Out of the entire USA? That can't be, I'm old and that wasn't that great of a lap.. hmm.. 🤔 🤷‍♂️

I am surprised to see that on average there are only 700 players in Sweden doing the TT !
RBR definitely poses a problem for me, strangely it only took me 3 laps to get a comfortable gold but now I'm stuck at 1:46.5xx

I know a podium is not going to happen , @NAXEHT will casually enter top 50 on his first try a few hours before it ends
But we have to find time here to even stay in the top 100, but maby i'll extend my week after i gold and run the Bugatti.

There we go, quick jump on at lunch and a 14.9, my optimum is a 14.6 now so expecting probably a 14.5/.4 if anyone goes for the ultimate times.

Yup...it means exactly that...31 in the US.

However........Not to rain on your result, but US really lack some fast aliens. If you make it into the top 200s, there is a good chance you are top 5 in the country. Most of the time there are only 1 or 2 people in the top 100 🫣

As a country with so many players....we are pretty damn slow. Maybe that's why our European friends keep saying the Americans only know how to drive high HP cars in a straight line 🤧

I'm going to try to get Gold in both the RBR and Le Mans today as I was too distracted by the GV last week. Get a 'Safe Gold' at RBR and then see what happens in the Bug.

I'm curious what everyone else considers a Safe Gold. For me, it's about 2.5% off the WR time after the first week.

Oh fellas, Gr4 at Le Man? Jeeez. I get bored driving the SRT Tomahawk round it, this is gonna be an absolute snooze what’s next, Special Stage Route X in a classic Fiat 500 on Racing Soft tyres?

I don't need a time trial that requires everyone to use a Fiat 500. As you can tell by my times, I have a special version of GT7 that forces me to use the classic Fiat 500 for all time trials, without regard to whatever everyone else is using.

Whenever I post my times and called it "safe" I mean I'm at least half second within the margin.

Since I started doing the TT regularly, I saw sometimes the top driver improving 0,2 or 0,3 which, of course, affects the timecuts. So, 0,5 is a safe margin for me.

About the LeMans TT.... I'd say it can be a good one. The downside is that the longer the laps, the lesser laps I can get clocked per gaming session. This can make my (already) slow progress even slower. 😅
