First of all...

@Dan_Tes

This was NOT the deal.......🤣
Megalap mate, I tried to get closer to you this morning but didn't hit a thing right and I'm beginning to be frustrated on Sardegna, I thought about expanding my weekly only push due to the line staring shenanigan on Dayton which is a funaral for me on controller.... but dont know if I can find extra time and motivation on the Dino, prob end up in the place 120 or something.

Then my last 15 minutes I got in the centrifugical washingmachine.....staring at the double line of you may not blink....

@Dolph Drago we ain't going to climb up much here mate, I'm having a hard time on this on pad 🤣🤣

Just keep pushing and it will happen.

Got a 35.775 using Tidges advice. Definitely more time if I can keep it smooth but once the road gets rough, the car just goes.
I did 35.737 without changing my settings, it's really hard to control with the analog. Actually I think the first think I did when I bought the game was to raise the sensitivity so now I'm just hoping no one beat DjOllie time lol

and the steering perfectly steady throughout the curve. Requires some precision and a firm grip on the steering wheel
"Some precision" It's so bumpy that I needed to lower the FFB to 0 basically just to be able to keep it somewhat steady :D I'm following your ghost, I'm right on your tail for the first part of the lap, but after the second banking, you just fly away, like you have a second thruster enabled  Amazing job man, congrats on the WR, can't see anyone topping that.

I've had a brief hiatus from GT7 for a few months to play some other flat mode games I wanted to play, so forgive me if this has been covered before. Is there a way for us to look and see a history of the time trials we've competed in and what we've gold/silver/bronzed? Like a site/script someone has created like that GT7 TT Statistics page

I imagine the answer is no but 🤷‍♂️
I think @half_sourly can provide that for you !

@crome would you be able to adjust your Stats plug-in to be true to the 1% gold threshold for this one?

EDIT: Incidentally, at the 3% setting the current stats are hilarious.

Hi, can someone please explain where this world record is coming from? is it possible to do it using this car and this settings? I'm new to GT and I'm just questioning myself is it even possible on this track with this car cut another 0.3 ?

Welcome to gtpplanet. It happened, so yes, it clearly is possible. The driver is a regular here on this thread and posted here about it. You can also watch his replay in game to see how he did it.

some semi-serious consideration about the last TT:

First of all I tried my best interpretation of @Gomario JSP routine
woke up (10 minutes) early, jumped on the TT, golded it, walk away 😎
That actually works, so now that everyone knows about it, golds will pour more than ever in the community thanks to his "3 quick steps to gold TTs" handbook!

more seriously now:
this TT is really a joke, but, to be fair, is not a complete joke. I took a look yersterday at the @Tidgney video, and I walked away knowing what I had to do.
It's not that without the video I would not been able to understand that the less space travelled the better, but maybe it would have taken some additional time and think effort. And we are speaking here about the most easy TT ever, hands down.
Other TT would require tons of additional effort to figure out things by ourself.
This is to say that, once again, the told and the written, besides the untold explicitely (videos), are the reald gold mine here. Thanks to all the contributors.

execution has not been 100% easy. my G29 wheel is possessed on the track. Lot of movements increase the difficutly of keeping the 'thing' where you whould like to. Lowering the FF may help, but than the floating feel on the whell jumps in and this don't help either. Probabily experimenting a bit with the configuration will make the job of finding the soft spot.
How do you guys with DD and high newton/m handle it? Are you some sort of little Arnold Schwarzenegger?!?

All in all I'm now in the 0.9%, I think it's safe, and I don't have any particular vibe to come back to it, so back to Dino

Thank you for reply, ok now it make sense and gave me some motivation, at the moment I'm at 0.723 but I will win tonight. Check the World record tomorrow morning and you will see my name there ;).

yes we are little Arnolds !!!! 🤣🤣🤣
It's amazing how much strength it takes to keep the car where we want it !!!! 😱😱😱
First test and get gold at 0'35'739

Yeah, I agree it's not as easy as it seems...
If fact, if you just want gold, you only need 2 mns.
If you are a little bit more ambitious, it's way more complex and difficult.

With you at .739 and @skydragon49 at .740, I now have a new objective to chase... :mischievous:

My arms hurt. That's how we handle it. I'm thinking about turning the feedback down... I have a pretty good time and def could get more if I wasn't in pain the whole lap. 😂😂😂

@crome how do you make this graph? Looks like an awesome way to track progress over time.
I scrape the raw data with the same scripts @half_sourly is using and put it all in a database. Then I have a locally running web application that draws these diagrams. Maybe at some point I can offer this as a self-service, but I need to figure some stuff out first and don't really have the time atm. But as I mentioned earlier, it's trivial for me to generate these, so just ask if you want to see yours.

Yes, he eats special WASA crackers with asfalt in the morning and is always high up te international leaderboard.
it's our own scandinavian alien, we raised him here and now he's long gone.....

So short answer, yes, he is just VERY fast ;)

That would be awesome if you could offer it as a self-service, but in the meantime I'd love to see a representation of my results over the course of these TT's, thanks! I don't feel like I've made much improvement, more stayed roughly where I started. The graph may say otherwise though...
