I'm surprised I'm on anyone's first page at Sardegna. I bailed out on that TT once I hit 2.5%. I really found that combo irritating, I think because I had been practicing GTWS events and I had gotten used to cars with stiffer suspensions and downforce.
I'm other news, some more tips from my observations at Daytona in the Starfighter. If you're on the wheel, at least.
Once you initiate the turn, loosen your grip on the wheel a bit. If the car is where it's supposed to be on the seam/groove, maintaining minimal steering angle, the car just follows the turn and is less likely to hop up the banking. Once I figured this out, I finally set a new PB in a matter of a few laps of my stint today. Almost a 0.020 improvement over the previous.

My optimal today isn't the best I've had but even that time would sit me in the Top 100 as of today. Still, pretty happy to have broken into the .5's.
We'll see how much lower I can get before the new TT drops.
