Sorry guys, I wish I could join in, but I'm too much tired due to the weather blackout last night (in addition my daughter is at home this WE and breakfast shall be ready tomorrow as soon as she gets up... ;)).

It won't be easy at all for me to test all these settings inclusive the pit strategy until Thursday... :boggled:
Damn, i almost forgot... this ain't NO GT6!!!

I wish you fun guys and say good night...

Interesting race. At 15X it's an hour and half race.
So with practice and qualifying it comes to two hours perfectly.

I came in fifth/15 behind the big bad LMP1s.
Three stops.
Second stop wasn't good. The crew put on Slicks in the rain. Tires got so cold that I had no traction.
Last stop they got it right. Wets in the dry  Tires got so hot I was frying an egg during the final laps. ;)

AI was at 70% and no troubles through out the race. 👍

I just did one offline and my weakness is the RAIN!! I guess is true that Dpad drivers will get the worst during rain :ouch:

I was third place until rain dropped at Lap 13... Changed my tires and I was still not able to keep up... Spun out 3 time and at Lap 16 I was down to P15!!!

Biggest challenge ever!!!! F:censored:K!!

Right now. Lap 13 is the start of the rain.
Is it possible to plan for the rain on lap 13? Yes and No.

Where do you expect to be at the start of Lap 13?
Involved in a crash.
10 seconds behind the leaders.
Just passing the Grand Stands.
In the pits getting gas because your car burned more fuel than you expected.

Certain sections will get rain first and certain sections will dry out quicker.
If you're behind the leaders on lap 12. You'll be driving in the rain longer.
If you decide to pit on lap 12 in preparation for the rain. Watch your tire temperatures. Wet tires get VERY warm very quickly. If you decide to push to lap 14. Hmmmm, you could pull out a miracle. ;)

This AIN'T no GT6

Thanks for this advice! 👍
Do you know how long would last approx. the rain after it has began (I mean how many time or laps...)?

Roughly around lap 20-22. The problem is the track needs to dry out.
Depending on your track position you could see dryer sections before the rest of the field.
So plan accordingly and watch out for those who are going to try and nurse their car to the end.

One thing that is for sure. The weather could change. ;)
Don't expect mother nature to be ON TIME. :nervous:

Tjger, are the race settings at page 1 definitively OK or should we expect a few "fine changes" in addition?
