Its kind of late for me.
Alex and Manny might.

Tomorrow I'll try and be on.
The Team wants to play around and get some pit stops practice in.

I may get crazy and play around with this streaming stuff.
Not sure what I can show, but who knows.

P20 has scheduled a session on the coming Sunday night.

Mainly focus on rain and night.

Data collection on fuel consumption thus setting up pit strategy.

Maybe a 10-15 laps simulation with exact race condition.

Feel free to join 👍

Just got home and I was ready to play just to find out that my internet is Down!!!
Called the company and I guess they working around my area so I won't be able to log in and play for a while :indiff:

EH_Team joined us too. 👍 He lost his front spoiler, but still very competitive. This series brings some great ideas for future races. 👍

Ok tiger I need a little help here, time progression does not go to 15. I also need to know how you are setting up weather screen so I can run some practice with race settings. How are you setting rain percentage up? Also there is 4 slots for weather, we need to know them with a weather progression to set pits stop setting. Are we not doing a date for race because that might effect track temp?maybe you could post a snap shot of the weather screen you will be using for the race, thanks!!!

Ok two small change to the Lemans race.
Since we don't have the ability yet to run an exact two hour version of the 24 hour race.
The length will coincide with the 24 hours itself.

Simply put. 24 Laps will equal 24 hours.

The weather above in post 562 will also stand.

Now that we are closer to the actual race the weather forecast is a little more accurate.

So instead of 30 laps we will do 24 at a time progression of 15x with weather at 2x?

Yes, 15X will get us closer to a 24 Hours at Lemans than 30 laps.
30 Laps will get us closer to a 36 hours at lemans.

Right now Project Cars doesn't allow for timed races. Only number of laps.

Anything higher than 2X for weather will be a mess.
Rain, sun, rain sun, rain sun. By the time you chance tires. The sun will be back out.

Drivers would be running back to the pits for another set of tires. If you calculate 4-6 stops for tires, the race length would increase to 21/2 to 3 hours.
