What a race gentlemen.
I couldn't have asked for more.
Everyone had a different idea on how to tackle the mountain and it showed.
More excitement than at the real race because why?
It was you guys doing the driving not some high paid driver we watched on TV.

In two weeks we head to Silverstone. The International circuit.
Weather forecast is calling for rain showers.

Congratulations to Manny for making a quick recovery from racing in the GT6 league.

Lmao!
At first my fastest lap was a 2:14
Then 2:12
2:10 became my best
And then my Inner Pcars spirit kicked in and I finally did a 2:09... Enough to battle with some great drivers!! Yea I had to discard the GT6 feeling cause this ain't no GT6!!

I know!! I was trying so hard to gain on you man!! But I had "OneSpace" right on my rear bumper! He was putting a lot of pressure that after a while he became my priority!!

I was able to be like one second behind you M!! But 5Th place distracted me!!
Next time man, next time... We "wheelchair the same road and I will Nutella nothing to you"

Definitely not an indication of the #85 BMW M3 GT's performance. However like in real racing.
"The car ran great in practice yesterday. Today..... we at least scored some valuable Championship points."

I had a great race, great teammate & great comunication!!
For those that don't know... Me and Tjger were working as a team on the track! We didn't battle each other, instead we helped each other!

When i joined this league, I was told that the only cars available for me to pick was either a RUF or a Ginetta because everything else was taken. Meanwhile, I noticed that some people that came after me managed to get a BMW Z4 and an Aston GT3.
I don't deslike the Ruf at all but it's definitely a car with limitations there are tremendously noticeable in rough tracks like bathurst for instance and if i was given a few more choices this one wouldn't be the first for sure.
If it's that complicated to aloud me to look at other options I'll run the Ruf until the end but a chance to get another car would be greatly appreciated.

Limit is 3 now

Silverstone International next I see! I'll be less than two weeks removed from my BTCC ride at that very track.

Shame I'll still be 🤬 either way!

What has happened is the RUF and Genetta was ALL there was at the time you joined.
Since then some drivers have dropped out for one reason or another. Some have left for other clubs to join.
Some drivers picked their cars well in advance of this series, but have other commitments restricting them from participating in every race.

The drivers who joined after you took those now available cars.

Your case basically comes down to the luck of the draw. You unfortunately joined at an unusual time.

The RUF just like the others have their advantages and disadvantages at certain circuits.

Find your car's potential and maximize on it.

You'll be fine. The series is still young.

I used the ruf in our first gt3 series and loved it, it has more in it trust me bud. Your a good driver dig deep and find the hidden secrets she has! I left the Bentley (the fastest car in class) and switched to the aston martin gte (slowest car in class) and managed a 3rd this week. So im living proof it can be done, but i wont ever expect to win a race in this car, so im having fun trying to land top 5 each week. From track to track this will all change for us with who has the better car. I will say this, samsung is a bad mo fo on the track and he don't lose very often, so if he is in a El Camino he still might woop us:confused:.

no way is Bentley the quickest, that title belongs to the Mclaren. Any GT3 car in the right hands can be better that anything, i found someone doing 2:16:flat in a ginetta at spa and i was doing 2:16:5's

Some guys just have a talent for certain cars.
I had a few 1:57s in the Porsche at the Nurburgring.

Then to make the car attractive to anyone wanting to join. I jumped in the Ginetta.
Then I got talked into driving the BMW M3. At the beginning Manny was pushing for third in the BMW M3 GT.

Anything can happen. The series is just getting started.

I agree with Tjger:
The BMW M3 GT is the least popular cause is not "competitive"... The favorites are:

-Bentley
-McLaren
-Z4

Everybody fights for those cars, but me I decided to go with the least popular one so I could challenge my self.

To be honest Is not just about the car... Is about your skills!

Well dont bring that guy here, dealing with you is enough . Im hooking a chain to your bumber next race so i can hang on for a bit:confused:.

Oh yeah, the GT-R and maybe the Corvette. I was hoping the delays might bring those two.
The Dodge Viper SRT.

That's mine.

For now, I'm enjoying the BMW M3 GT. Especially the challenge.

Here's something I found circulating around the Project Cars forum boards.

https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/project-cars-survey-from-sms.338952/

It's a survey from SMS for drivers to complete.
So I encourage everyone to complete it and use with as much positive comments as you can.
There are a few questions that can't be answered, but there is a section where you can explain why that question couldn't be answered accurately.

Also give the OP poster a like for finding it and posting it. 👍

i would like to join your race league pls, i have league experience, and know a few drivers here
You are most welcome here... Just go to page one, look at the rules and we even have a trailer for our GT3 series if you would like to check it out

Send MRTeam a FR (Tjger) so he can add you and be part of these races :D

To pee or not to pee is an endurance driver's first question. :nervous:
Where to hide the filled container until the race is over is the second question. ;)

Was the container large enough? That requires testing and tuning. Each driver should test and tune in private.
