I haven't heard of Balestre much, but from what I do have heard, he was totally nuts, not even properly caring about safety. I suppose it's correct?

Of course, he always seemed to be biased in Prost's favour..
 
I'm just wondering... if Furi, Tom or someone who actively visits here becomes a moderator, would they actually do anything about the spam messages? :sly:

Well if I did (Which is unlikely), I'd probably be asking you to stick to the guidelines and if it persists it could lead to infractions...But that's just what I'd do, as I said it's unlikely it'll ever happen..

I'm fine with motor racing discussion and I'm being slightly less strict as it is the festive season, but too much during the season and I won't be amused.

Besides, we will be wondering how Honda destroyed us all at Grand Valley...

I can say that the Honda had excellent handling when I tested it, it was only slightly oversteery but still good. It was the straight line speed that killed it in Cape Ring Inside though, but why it would be better in Grand Valley, dunno about that... Are you sure it was a legal car? :sly::sly:

Honda killed the Ford and Volvo in the tight stuff. PJ's quick but needs a bit of consistency. chrisjohnson is slowly improving and looks like a decent bet. Seriously this season is going to be close.

But do we get a full grid ever despite our share of new entries? I somehow don't trust everyone to show up even once, though chrisjohnson looks promisingly active to not drop out like some have done in the past.

Thats why I have allowed chris, funckyducks, and pj to sign up in their Honda's.
 
Lol, there's 4 other people than me looking at this thread, each is premium and my GTP friend.
 
Honda is so good handling, even when stock. It can take turn 2 of Cape Ring Inside flat-out.

Agreed. And in racing it has no torque but decent aero if that makes sense..... Boyce was very quick in it last season.

It ain't completely dependant though, it can overtake easier since it handles better and if it can break free it will be good for wins.

So I just tried the G27 I got for Chrimbo. This is my verdict:



Of course for now I need to practice before I can race properly with it. I'm already used to FFB though so it shouldn't take too long. (Granted the G27 has pretty powerful motors) :)
