How many of you would be interested in a Volkswagen Scirocco R Cup. The races will be double headers, each taking about 15-20 minutes each. There would be 1 or 2 enduros in the season with pitstops. You'll be allowed to tune the suspension and LSD but can't tune the transmission (except the top speed). The car would be limited to 300 BHP.

I'm thinking of holding this on Friday nights, at 9:00 PM BST, with races starting at 9:15 PM.

If there's enough interest I'll make a thread.

After the TOCA test we plan on a superspeedway test, maybe a photo shoot?

Also depending on how long Motegi takes with DLC, We may have Motegi as R1 and Tsukuba as R2.

Get ya cars in race liveries guys, we have little or no pre season photos or material at moment...

I predict laps around 1:20-1:25s on the East track so theres no reason why it can't be on the calender.

Strength
- Never gives up
- Will drive the wheels off whatever I am given.
- Don't get intimidated by something in my rear view
- Hard racing, i'll squeeze you to the side of the road to intimidate you, but not force you on the grass.
- Picking people off one by one as they make mistakes.

Weakness
- Terrible at set ups and manging tyres.
- Not a good qualifier.

Strength:

Clean overtaker, very decent pace, consistantly fast


Weaknesses:

Not brilliant setting up anything other than FF cars, lags a lot.

- Being very stuborn, not listening to anyone and doing things his way (The wrong way)

Errm I gave him setup more than I got setups from him . Don't understand GT5 online though and wheres my epic tyre saving skills in that list and enduro consistancy . Also a weaknesses of mine is hot lapping if im honest and for the most part nowadays big heavy rwds defeat me .

Also ex nay on the xx talk, xx has made so many people mad it's not even funny.

True. And in all honesty I need to improve my consistency. Too many crap finishes, like TOCA S4.

We barely switched setups lol, apart from when he gave me a tip on ride height...

Not an amazing overtaker, although more recent attempts might suggest otherwise, always seems to come 2nd, needs to put GT5 infront of football, his dogs stop him from winning enduro's.

As a good penguin, I will also get it tomorrow. If not tomorrow for some reason, then definitely thursday.

Strengths:

-Very fast
-Able to make a bad setup work beyond it's normal capabilities
-Respected clean driver in many leagues
-Dax's season 4 setup with someone elses gearing
-Able to adjust existing setups to work better for myself
-Not a penguin
-Telepathic link with TOCA dog


Weaknesses:

-Bad at making setups for everywhere except SSRX
-Burn tyres slightly quicker than others
-Lack of experience doing defensive driving

You should add, leaves too much room on last lap losing the lead on the last lap .
