Meganes, I said I would practice and beat you, but I haven't had much ps3 time this week, just a little bit on thursday night and I was in V8 Practice then beating furi and his "good on a straight but bad in a corner and wreck the tires cause furi can't set it up right" Esprit.

Is that like your "bad in a straight but good on a corner and get left behind cause akmuq can't set it up right" GT???

As it stands 90% sure we are on tonight, just may start slightly later around 7.15pm. But I am sure we are on tonight.

Two things here.

Look Carbon, team mates arguing!

And, just because host might not be able to make it I dint think that should be reason to postpone. All others can still drive and I'm happy to host if need be. We all have our commitments but races aren't postponed when others can't make it!

General concencus?

Nothing personal Furi.

True. Anyway I am 90% at least sure tonight is on. Maybe for Season 4 we will look at back up hosts in cases where I cannot host? 💡

And not arguing, in V8's we are mortal enemies / rivals

Good idea, if we have decent weather, I can maybe be a volunteer 💡

Ok, day started well. Family gone away for weekend, wheel already set up, hamilton on pole, time to watch Liverpool stuff the scum, in 3D :D

Edit: oh and got senna to watch, TOCA tonight followed by indycar and NASCAR testing. My day could be perfect.

My day feels boring, I want to skip to today's race already :(

I am not confident after seeing the team SAF put out :grumpy:

First wet lap - 1:19.2 (with comfort tyres by mistake)

Doesn't resolve his issues. I think he doesn't want to appear happy because of all of the problems he has had. It's as if he is saying "I know this doesn't make things right"

Why do I feel that I'm doing something wrong? I seriously can't get better than 1'17's in the rain despite using the rain tyres :nervous:
There wouldn't be too much of a difference between rain tyres and comfort tyres.
Off topic for a sec but, why was Lewis so grumpy? Pole position, that's good right?
Probably cause he knows the job ain't done. I hope he gets the win to give him the confidence to challenge Red Bull next year. To be honest though I think Button will win.

Well there's a huge difference between comfort and racing/hard tyres in the Megane's, as seen numerous times when someone has picked the wrong compound...

Yes but Wet tyres have grooves on them, pretty similar to road tyres, more advance though.

It seems that pitstops won't be too necessary in this track because of the low differences then, no matter how the weather changes...

well done btcc organisers for being utter r:censored:s plato 13th in FP2 with all the rest of the s2000s behind O neil 14th mac 18th collard 19th this weekend will be a huge anti climax! :grumpy:

Hey, the slipstream in GT5 Spec 2.0 is brilliant. You lose aero grip in the corners. :D No more tagging along with the faster guy and drafting past on the line.:)

Oh no :(

Oh well, I'm a gentle driver so it shouldn't matter :sly:
