Ahh...sorry have to disagree there. I'm soon launching a spot race with 3 cars all PP balanced and all have done Le Sarth within a second of each other.

I'll be watching but we are pretty much even. Forgetting the aliens of Monza, all 4 cars within a second of each other.

Fox, the PP system pretty much never works, it's just a coincidence it worked for you. Every series I've been in cars have had different PP's but have been balanced, and if you look at all time trial events with PP limits, everyone at the top will be using the same car pretty much.

You should join this spot race when I get it on the forum, something tells me you'll like it. Standard cars with NO tuning, and fast too.

Then I'm truly gifted :sly:

Correct me if I'm wrong but nowhere in the OP does it mention what PP each individual car is running at.

Furi, you'll never EVER make people happy unless you balance out the cars by making the PP on each car the same. A difference of 10 PP is acceptable but nothing more than that.

You'll probably want me to 🤬 off and mind my own business....well...OK :guilty:

Personally, I think that if you have a HP regulated championship then some cars will be slightly better in the corners and others slightly better in the straights (set up depending) meaning you can have several winners (excluding Michael Spurgmacher) and you can have a closer overall titles championship. Just my opinion ;)

PP is a good way of seeing what will be competitive with each other, but most of the time, 2 cars will need to be about 5 or 6 PP to be even with each other to be even, but Fox has seemed to get his cars even anyway.:)👍

Touché Luke 👍

Sorry everyone but I'm going to need to pull out. My schedule just got super busy and it won't clear up in time for the TOCA season. Maybe next season I'll be back in the BRZ ;)

And thats a final spot.

On a unrelated note, picked up RFactor today for a bargain £1.25! And got the old TOCA super touring mod! :D

Hey I ask you if I can join :(

Back in action, will probably S*** at GT5 but me saw Engine 1 for Infiniti 👍

Will make a test session for tonight and look how bad I became :D
Well hope I can get to my pace fastly.
(will install the Carbon Hood too due to my Independant status)

A reminder if you have not done so already, please leave here a picture of your teams car when decided. :)

Working 50+ hours a week and mounting college work is making me wonder weather I should put my money into something more useful than a new wheel, and I see no fun in racing with a DS3...

I may be out.

Damn Dax I may be on a similar end with an interview on Monday for a job which is mainly evenings and weekends..

But sadly right now Paul needs moneys so it's job and money over my own personal fun on GT5 :(.

I probably won't be a part of this. Lost motivation to play anymore. So yeah.
