Even with a new setup, the Mazda's about 0.4 secs faster than the previous best at Monza even though it feels better in every possible aspect. It makes me begin to question the legality of the current top times TBH.

I've also always had the theory that when fuel use is off, the game treats it like a empty tank of fuel, would account for the more weight you feel handling the cars.

Monza (All times in totally dry conditions)

2:00.4 Spurgy (VOL)
2:00.8 Atin (MAZ)
2:01.7 Chris (HON)
2:02.2 Joe (MAZ)
2:02.3 Furi (VOL)
2:02.4 Smuffy (BMW)
2:02.7 DK (VOL)
2:02.9 Carbonox (MAZ)
2:03.2 Haitch (BMW)
2:06.7 James (VOL)

Fixed. :P

It does, which was going to be my point. That way it easily equates to 1 second , if not more.

the honda seems better to higher speed tracks as i was losing around 2.2 - 2.6 seconds in the first sector at suzuka

Just voted for Steward. Sorry for not being around, I had some family and school problems those last weeks.

Votes were in on Saturday as joe has been selected, your vote won't count

Furi's Podcast Interview:

'I followed the real BTCC, with 3 races and reverse grids'

Yeah, because the reverse grids are the same as real life...:P

Mazda drivers are reporting the car has gone to **** since the last update
It has, which isn't very justified due to me being closest to Spurgyian Vettel. It can do a fast lap..... once then the tyres will burst into flames on the rims, after two laps around Suzuka the tyres were 1/5 worn! Also the amount of oversteer I put in the car through rear toe is stupid, if you looked at it in real life you would think the suspension was broken and its like the car is steering from the rear I hate to think what it would be like around Nurb 24H, and its so floaty I have to guess where it will go into a corner, give us Weight reduction 3 or the Deckers will hax you!

BTW, the nicest thing is that one of those Decker cars is kinda similar to this Atenza we're driving :dopey:

Set ups also help.

Well I always run stock. So its just a matter of picking a fast line and good draft and not getting tapped coming into the corner by Chris.

Correct me if I'm wrong but nowhere in the OP does it mention what PP each individual car is running at.

Furi, you'll never EVER make people happy unless you balance out the cars by making the PP on each car the same. A difference of 10 PP is acceptable but nothing more than that.

You'll probably want me to 🤬 off and mind my own business....well...OK :guilty:

The PP does not work. See V8 Challenge S2... Also PP varies a little for engine break in.

Ahh...sorry have to disagree there. I'm soon launching a spot race with 3 cars all PP balanced and all have done Le Sarth within a second of each other.
