Skanny is a PURE core member/steward like myself, we have had countless battles in WSGTC etc ;).

Audi still needs something to help it though to give it a few more tenths.

From the Times that have been posted from several drivers atleast Cape South will be a superb event 👍
I feel sad that I can´t make the Season opener :(
But I´m back for Round 2 => one week earlier than announced 👍
So the Mini´s are going to attack Monza Akimbo style :D

The amount of good drivers who need to qualify is pretty large. Gonna be some shocks, thrills, and spills.

@Haitch... I gave him that set-up...

About 1:35 IIRC, we were doing 1:37's? I know gap was 1.5 to 2.0 seconds.

It also helps that you made all rounds, unlike Smuffy and alot of others who are faster than you, also you had the fastest car..

Around 1:35, because I made the 2nd fastest non alien time doing a 1:36.
Thanks goes to polar for his draft which made me turn that lap.

I'm sorry for not getting back to you... no phone for 3 days and I missed it! Good job Scanny_Flick, well deserved! I think I'm going to pull out of the series as I just won't have the time thinking about it... Maybe next season

👍 No worries.

That pulls up Chqr into a starting spot.

I'm actually scared that I will not be able to pass to the main races this season..

Even though that last season, in the two qualifying races I did (Suzuka and Indy) I finished 1st and 2nd, respectivelly. Nurburgring if I'm not mistakes there were 3 qualifiers, so there was no qualifying race.

Correct and in the unlikely circumstances we do not have enough people to be able to be knocked out, then people go through anyway. Quali races will start around 5 mins later to cater for people coming in late.

Very busy season though. There will always be enough qualifyers:-).

Just bought and ran 5 laps in the Audi to compare to the BMW: 1:19.367
2 tenths left in that lap and more tuning (just threw on a basic one) would easily yield a 1'18

Really nice, neutral but rotates nicely on the brake and loads of traction on exit for that classic 4WD feeling. Tends to understeer at high speed and will lose out badly on tracks like Monza. Really suits no ABS, unlike the BMW (BMW snaps badly). I reckon it might nab a few wins this season. ;)

Audi a sleeper car essentially then?

At the twistier tracks it'll be ace. And the launch it gets off the line is insane.

It does wear the tyres quite fast, however it wears them evenly, so although you lose overall grip, you don't lose the balance. 👍

It's actually nice to drive a ToCA car that doesn't understeer that much for once. :P

Marunda try the VW if you want no understeer :sly:. It's mad oversteer nature is epic .. If maybe to hard for some :P.

Don't have the DLC. :indiff:

Have to love oversteery FFs though, the Honda Civic Type R (EP) you get in shuffle races is just awesome like that.

Understeer kills me. The problem with the BMW is that it snaps under braking (even at 3-0 BB) so to cure that, you have to induce a bit of understeer in the tune which on top of the already significant understeer is just .
