Why is it always raining in Monza in TOCA races anyway? I mean, ok, it's literally raining most of the time in the Ardennes, but it seems odd weather for Italy.

Not always raining. Season 2 - dry. Season 3 - 2 dry, 1 wet. Season 4 - Dry to wet. Season 5 - Dry to wet. Season 6 - dry last season I am sure?
