Total dlc size to date.

Cousin of mine just brought PC and was wondering how big is the download if he updated to latest patch from a stock game? Someone told him it was like 30gb add on of dlc to current date, is that possibly true?

I just picked up the PC GOTY for PS4. The game itself requires about 20gigs and then the dlc and updates was just under 10 gigs. So all together it's 30gigs...
