When i got my Toyota Minolta ( July 12 2005 ) i competed in a 150 mile race at Super Speedway in the Eundurance Hall. Now most cars didnt make their first pit stop until lap 34 - 52. However i had to pit every 15 laps due to traction problems and worn out tires. I was using R2/R2 tires like everyone else. Is this because o the car or the tires?

I think you will find it is a combination of both car and tires. Try R1s and also raising your suspension (esp in rear) and softening it all round. If you are using the stg 4 turbo this car cranks but chews up the rears like they're are cotton candy.

well, it would be nice to post ur settings so we can check it out. one thing to add to ezz777 is to DECREASE downforce, yes i said it, decrease. if your tires are being melted into a puddle by the 8th lap, then decrease donwforce (more in the back).

Everything on the car is stock. It has the exact same setup as when you get the car. But ill try out using some diferent tires.

Dont know how the minolta does on SS for me. With my XJR-9 It will do 20 laps between stops with R2/R2 tires.

when I ran the SS endurance I pulled 4 laps on the 2nd place sauber by the end of the race. The sauber was pitting every 40 or so laps

The minolta is the race car that spent more rear tyre. The my seguestion is ajust the rear dowforce , removing tue air charge.
