Not a bad shout, if it happens I would probably pull into the pits on that lap and try and disconnect / reconnect the wheel. Probably lose about 5-10 seconds plus the stop but then I would have fresh tyres i guess, provided it doesn't happen either really early or really late it should mean I still get points atleast.
