Traction Control 1.05 patch problem

I have been doing Seasonal Events since we've had them. Everything WAS fine until... I have not raced online AT ALL until last Saturday. Can you guess what happened? You have 3 guesses and the first 2 don't count.

THIS SUCKS!! What a bunch of *$*)&@ 🤬 for implementing such a STUPID fix for this wheel. I'm about ready to ditch the game just for this reason alone.

Since this problem is (supposedly) caused by settings restricting Traction Control online, will running in a TC-enabled room allow the use of the TC controls when offline again?

Not working on my DFGT at the moment. Considered "moving up" to a G27, but that may be on hold for the time being. I can understand, somewhat, people calling these options cheating, but I still believe the people who purchased the game and the wheel, should be able to utilize those options. I tend to like a more realistic experience when playing a driving sim game, but at the same time, I'm a little irritated with my lack of in game options in regards to traction control. Patience is a virtue, so I guess we'll have to wait and see. This may not help, but I'm in the Knoxville TN area and more than one of my friends is having the same issue.

Unfortunately no ... if your options are greyed out like mine are then, from what I''ve read in earlier posts, your save file has been corrupted and they won't be available to use on the fly in any race. The only hope is that Polyphony fixes this in a future patch.

my RA tcs was unable to be changed after racing online and making the room rules 'no tcs' ever since then the game has not allowed me to change it in game

I cant use my RA adjust on my dfgt for anything but brake bias and abs.... online or offline since the patch... really irritating...

Especially since i like to turn off tc and pit for some comfort tires during endurance races for a bit of drifting when i feel i have too much of a lead.

Just got mine tonight, create new game, it works, reuse my old save data and I cant use any of my RA function aside from Brake Bias and ABS.... Sad.. And I have almost all the cars ingame now. Happened too as well when in an online game and all the aids were turned off, wonder if this can be fixed or not.../

This started happening to me the other day. I went online for the longest time since I got the game (I had done maybe three races up until this point) on I think Thursday last week, in a drift lobby at Tsukuba. The lobby had all aids disabled, I pitted as my tyres were worn all the way down but I didn't want to change my car, I pressed X (which is also my RA menu button) to accept the pit dialog window, and now I can't adjust TCS or ASM. Not really a problem as I rarely use them anyway, but it's kind of annoying... Glad I can still change the VCD and brake bias settings, though.

Working perfectly fine for me since the update, just did one of the seasonal events. Going to try some other events just to make sure.

Haven't tested 1.06, but according to other posts it appears they fixed it. Props to PD if they finally got it right.

Thank you, had to hit triangle and then "create thumbnail". Not even sure how they were missing in the first place...
