Welcome to Week 13 of the Tourist Trophy Photo Mode Competition

This competition will run for approximately two weeks. Please submit your entry by Thursday the 2nd of August, 2007

Take a photo showing your rider crashing! Let's see some of those "OH NO!" moments.

Entry requirements

• Up to two entries may be submitted per person. They must be your own work.
• If you enter two shots, please mark them Final Entry 1 & Final Entry 2 .
• Your Final Entries may be taken in either standard 4:3 format or wide-screen 16:9 (press all four shoulder buttons in PhotoMode)
• You must post your entries as either thumbnails, or as a previews linked to the full image.
• Previews should be no larger than 400 pixels along the longest side, be it vertical or horizontal.
• We recommend you use a free image hosting service such as or
• Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favourite shot(s).

Image enhancement rules
(what you can and can't do in Photoshop etc.)

• You may adjust brightness, contrast and gamma values.
• You may rotate, crop and resize the image.
• You may add a border and signature to your entry.
• You may NOT adjust levels, hue, saturation, curves or sharpen the image.
• You may NOT use filters, blurs or layers on your entry.
• You may NOT add any elements to the original photo.

this happened a while ago when i was doing some laps for an olr. nailed the entry to T1 awesomely, but, hit the wall on exit and wheelied into the wall at t2 at some stupid speed

yes. but now the theme picker will have to pick images instead of everyone automatically making it

Each photo will be considered a separate entry. If there are more than a total of 10 shots entered at the end of the week (and I expect that now there will be), then whoever chose the theme will pick a top 10. This could include both shots from one person, or just one.

You can enter both shots in the same post, or in separate posts days apart. I will update the rule so people have to call them final entry 1 & final entry 2, just to make it easier to keep track. I see vr6gti72 is way ahead of me on this!

As far as votes go in the poll, each entry will be considered separate and the votes will not be combined for each contestant. So the winner will still be whoever gets the most votes for a single shot.

I hope that clears it up, as always if you have any more questions just ask

Anyway, some of the stuff I see in this comp is making me want to buy this game, I really like the detailed helmets, suits, lots of details on the bikes, looks better than GT4 most of the time. 💡

These shots aren't the best, but they are ok. I hope it is alright that the rider hasn't fallen off yet in my shots. He does moments later.
