I want the super-laggy yet AWESOME stage4 turbos from GT2 and GT4. 900-1000hp R32s and Supras. Do want.

Oh yes.. My 1100 horsepower stage 4 turbo Supra from GT3.. Fond memories of that thing kicking the tail out on me midcorner when i gave it full power too early, even with traction control on.. Great machine

how about dual turbos like on the 6.7 ford diesels? stage2 and a stage4 turbo, the perfect power combo! or twin turbos?
two stage2 turbos, same power as stage 4
but at the mid-low rpm range. I think the next update should have consequences for stressing your engine to its max, like an engine life meter in the garage and when it's empty you stand a risk of blowing your engine during a race, forcing you to buy a new car or buy a new engine and all new parts for it.
The same thing for the tranny too, except it would be the opposite, NOT building up a tougher trans to handle more power would result in parts all over laguna seca.

The next stage of exhaust could be like highly tuned cars that have the exhaust exit somewhere on the side of the car instead of going all the way back. Like on FF cars where sometimes it comes out the side of the front bumper. Some cars already have side exhaust, but maybe those could be bumped up and have the titanium exhaust go to the rear with that stage instead.

The possibilty of more power sure would be nice. Some cars just don't get as high up as they probably should, cause they could probably easily still handle more. The Solstice being one, considering the drift version IRL had over 500hp.

I don't know. A paid DLC tuning pack that boosts car's physical performance above and beyond what is available to regular game users is a bad idea. You'd essentially be making the game easier for people who are willing to shell out the money. Something like this should be considered core functionality, and IMO shouldn't be made into paid DLC.

What I'd like to see instead is a more in-depth tuning system where we have more tuning parameters available to tweak. People have suggested things like individually tunable corners for the suspension and things like tire pressure in this thread and others. We could maybe even go as far as being able to mess with A/F ratios and boost pressure.

As a generally available update, it might work. But even then, some people wouldn't have access to the content and would be missing out. This might work best as a new feature in the next GT game. If anything, a paid DLC tuning pack would most likely include non-functional cosmetic stuff such as new wheels.

bring back the tyre types , in gt3 i think there is about 5 racing tyres .

Here's a list of all GT3 racing tyre compounds:

Super-hard
Hard
Medium-hard
Medium
Medium-soft
Soft
Super-soft

(+ normal, simulation and sports tyres.)

You do know Hennessey are joke cars right?!

I'd rather build a lingenfelter but to each their own I suppose.

HENNESSEY CARS A JOKE!!!! Please tell me how the Viper Venom 1000 and the Venom GT are jokes! Lingenfelter is bada** only when it comes to corvettes

Because he's a lying cheat who will make you go broke in the time it takes for his cars to reach 60 MPH.

Anyway, I would like advanced tuning, would add more to drag racing.

people this is the REAL DRIVING SIMULATOR...theres nothing real about tuning a fiat 500 to 1000HP

Errrr a fiat 500 drag car with a extended rear, a v8 with twin turbo and nitros. Yes it is possible. :D
