This thread is a joke. I made one just like this. What, these are "Pro" tuners? I don't just put every team on my thread. Most if not all of them are competitive. And who decides if people are "Pro" or not? I beat plenty of people on this list and I don't consider myself a pro.

This thread can legitimately exist, as long as it doesn't use other member's names to further it's own cause without their permission.

NO. There is no "rival tuning outfit." We may be on different teams but who cares? We all know who the PRO TUNERS ARE. We race them everyday, we race their finely tuned wide range of cars, we know their names. If you only tune a GTR you are nothing.

The best tuners are based upon the wide range of cars that person has tuned to the max.​

Oh yea mike, thanks for the warning, but it was for not.. I was simply asking the man if he was mad. I believe that someone should review your action of sending me a notice and GTP name.

I agree also and the ppl that dont agree most likely got the tunes been given to and they really haven't spent time and the process to learn and really appreciate what the games its about for the most witch its tuning to be better

Despite this, I have learned myself as well. I never had anyone give full tunes of any caliber to me. I as well as others I know have spent hours upon hours tuning online (and I don't mean just racing, actually tuning) and against themselves in practice mode. When you spend so much time on something, you believe that another person should also go through the process and not just be "bailed out" from the process, receiving a good tune and not knowing why it's good, what each individual gear, suspension, or other adjustment even does.

Yea... I think that this thread IS necessary. We know who is fast, we know who has been tuning since the beginning and we know who his put hours and hours into this. Those peoples names are on this thread. The other thread is only on GT5 Drag teams.

All the best people have basically tuned their cars to the max and we know it, you should expect to be racing a maxxed out tune whenever racing anyone of those names. The way I see it is a bumper to half is an equal tune, back wheels to a full car is ghost lag or the winner has a noticeably faster car due to the loser having sh***y shifts. Having said that, I have yet to see someone blow away a known person, all tunes come to a point where they cant be tuned any longer and thats about where we are ATM I believe. Thats why this list is here.

Thank you for that. this thread is not meant to cause any problems between members, or neither is the list complete. there are other racers out there that are top tuners... i will be glad to add them to the list.. i been racing with these people since the game came out and i race with them mostly on a daily basis. So we pretty much know who's fast and who's not. this is only for the indy side since i dont race the tunnel, that is why i asked for help on the tunnel side. i can not control others that try to bash on this thread neither can i control what they type on here. That is your job.


i dont understand the fact that you sent me a warning for simply saying "ill update when i get home" was that really in need. I feel that the moderators use their power as they want. even when it is not necessary. Drag racing is most intense type of racing out there, in the game or on the streets. there will always be trash talking. And yes i understand that this is a public website and i understand it has rules to go by. as long as there is no threats between people nor any profanity or any discrimination there is no reason to be so strict.

That is where you are wrong, your thread is NOT the same. Your thread was about Teams for the most part. There are people in that thread that are a step down from the top tier and they will be the first to admit it. Not only that but you need to update your thread because there are a lot of changes needed to be made to it.

This thread is all about those guys/girls that can take just about any car in the game and make it competitive in a 370/407meter race.

To be clear when I say competitive I mean bumper, not car lengths. This of course means you can not judge by running one or two cars, or even just all in the same room. I put people on that list that I have CLOSE races with any time I race them. Some days I can tree them, others they tree me. With ghost lag as an ever present problem we have to race with people a lot to know them really well.

Also I did not put people on that list that have a few cars that I have really good races with, but then have just as many cars where they are a car length or more behind me.

Honestly DaLightninRacer you are one of the first people to say how fast you are, and I didn't mention your name because I can only think of two times we raced. The first time was with ACRs and unless you treed me I was a car ahead of you, the second time just happened about an hour ago and I was a car ahead of your GTR every race.

I guess the only fair way to put this list together would be for everyone to vote on who belongs and who doesn't. But will that even be fair?

And it doesn't have to be out of hand because we know we know who the people are who should be there. We are all rational people and for the most part there is no bias in the list. End of story

And anyone that knows me knows that my GT-R is one of my slowest cars since it is the car I dislike the most. That tune you ran "just an hour ago" was a quick 2 min tune. Also, when did I say "how fast I was"?

You just stated the reason and what ive been trying to explain this whole time. This is a list of those people. Its not just fast, its how many cars you can tune to be fast.

I dont think its a mess because its turned into a general discussion with out profanity nor bashing on people.

We dont even know if PD will even grant us that. we are all in asumption that there will be a drag mode. if i was new to this game i would like to know who i have to run to be able to better myself as a tuner. Why would'nt you wanna run fast people with out running them you will never get fast. if your scared to get into a room with the names above you are just simply gonna stay slow.
When i look for a room this is what i look for 2 things only

1- people that i know are fast this way i have someone to compete against.
2- no more than 12 people allowed

other than that nothing else should matter not the connection not the signal there will always be lag no matter how strong the signal is.

It is not fun going into a room with a bunch of unheard people or little kids i am gonna win all the time.

"No Team Epic tunes" I believe that is your auto message when you come into a room?

At any rate you are still failing to understand my point.

I could say the same about a LOT of other people I've only raced a few times. In order for me personally to have anyone on my own personal "top tuner" list I would have to race them a LOT with a wide variety of cars. The people that I personally mentioned fit that criteria.

I have raced people with a GTR for example and they have beaten me. But for all I know that could be their best car and the rest of them not be as good.

Also I was involved in a muscle car tournament today and got my butt kicked, but again this is with someone I don't race often and It was only with one car. They might be a specialist in muscle cars for all I know and not know the first thing about AWD.

Again I wish I had never gotten involved.

Wait a minute, if Bobby_Vegas is on that list then so should I, I was beating him for the most part in nearly every car we raced last night when we were out at Indy. Bobby is pretty good too... He had his wins on me and I had my wins on him. Most of the races were about a cars length or less. I'd say we are about even so if he's on it then his skill level is nearly identical to mine. I haven't beat all the guys on that list so I can guarantee he hasn't either. Ran dudesixnine too a few times and had some wins on him. Needless to say it was a good night, great lobby. Lotsa fast guys were there. Was proud to be there.

He should be on the list in fact all of team eclipse should be on that list even though I've been beat a couple of times by some people I have really close races with most of those people and I'm just talking about the people I've raced before.
