Ok, yes it is my right rear that wears the most. My fast lap is exactly 4 seconds slower than yours at 2:33.033.
Ok, I practiced a little tonight and got down to 2:31.013.

Ok, I practiced a little tonight and got down to 2:31.013.
2:31 is a good lap, you'll be sub 30's in no time. I think I remember seeing a post of a 2:27 somewhere. I don't think I have another 1 + seconds in me. I don't think the fastest laps will win this one. I'm guessing its going to come down to consistency and tire conservation with sub 2:36 average laps. Should be an interesting race.

I completely agree about consistency and tire wear being the key to doing well in this race. I practiced a little more last night and got down to 2:29.689 so you were right about that.

Will the Vintage Car race on Nurburgring 24 being on the time/weather change track, or just the normal track?

Maybe for real world tracks, we do weather changes, and base that on the weather at the real track.
Might as well make spa be 100%, even though I don't' think it rained for the F1 race, haven't watched it all yet.

Yeah I ripped a 2:27.1xx but that was serious tire wear! Maybe 2.5 laps and I was in 10% range on all tires..
I can't wait to qualify and beat the snot outta that thing!
Then for the race I will just try and go as fast as I can while staying as smooth as possible and keep the tires from squealing.

You would just have to mess with the "Weather at Race Start", "Weather Changeability", and Surface Water.
It wouldn't be exact. Like at Suzuka this weekend (I know we aren't there for a few weeks) it's 60% chance of rain. So coming up to race time if it's raining, it's raining in our virtual world.
I remember seeing some race series that used it, but never participated in one.
Formula 1 comes on Speed. Usually they air the race, live, then another later on. For Spa, it came on at 6:00am (EST I think), then it aired again at 12:30am.
Sometimes F1 will come on ABC/NBC/CBS/FOX (one of those can't remember.) If you have speed and don't see it that weekend, then it's on the major networks. Speed will also show the practice & qualifying when they happen.
Most other noteworthy things that Speed TV shows that I pay attention to are:
Grand-Am (Rolex & Continental) Continental is a week delay I think
Australian V8 Supercars
Nascar (not a fan unless they are on a road course)
British Touring Car (they seem to show those more in the winter months at weird times through the day)

Hey GTracerguy17, thank you for joining the Turtle Racing League. We already have 2 drivers with different shades of green cars and black wheels. Something like lime green would be fine though. Orange and black has also already been chosen. If lime green doesn't work for you please refer to the drivers list to see what color combinations and car numbers have already been chosen.
