TURTLE RACING LEAGUE - FORMULA 1 Racing Series - EVERYONE WELCOME!

I hope you like the video I sent you Maxine. Many guys use those mods on the DFGT.

I remember R1600turbo saying he uses the bungee cord. Others use the foam. rubber ball trick. Very cheap and effectively gives you more progressive feel.

I use the foam rubber it works ok. The ball looks like a very good idea and looks like it would work a whole lot better.
Thanks for posting that link.

So ready for tonight race over at Suzuka Raceway. Going to be hard but, thats part of the fun.

I'm going to sit this one out, because this evening is going to be a little busy for me. Good luck to you all.

Work turned into a 12 hour day and now I have a 3 hour drive home. It could be longer depending on the storm we are getting hit with in the GTA. Hope I can make it.

Is GTA meaning greater Tampa area?

Yes Greater Toronto Area. We are getting 25 cm of snow tonight. Normally we don't get much this way.

Good race to all. I such a hard time trying to get back in the grove once I went off track but still had a good time. Can't wait for the next.

That was nuts! Great racing guys, and Congratulations to Oshawa-Joe for showing us how it is done! 👍

I was lucky to run so many laps and not end up in the sand. One of my better race nights for sure.

Any idea on the lap times? I'm going to run some laps tomorrow and am curious if I would have been competitive.

Thank you. There was definitely an element of luck, perhaps because I was tired. My strategy was to just chill, not push too much during the race, and keep all tires on the hard surface. Usually I put one wheel off and the whole car follows.

My deepest apologies for missing the race last night guys.... I'm still having connection issues with Comcast and we were flat blacked-out almost the entire day............ so annoying.

I hope it was a good event last night, sounds like congratulations are in order for Oshawa Snow! Ill get together with FFK about the race results and see if we can't make it official!

Sorry about the start to race two guys. I was in the car on the grid, no black screen, but when the race went green my car wouldn't move. It just sat there with the revs bouncing off the limiter. Strange.
