i'm up for you nurberghring series my car for stock racing is the XJ220 and
my PSN ID is dreadx13 i really want to do this
God dammit I thought the race was at 10PM
It's a little hard to keep track of because we have so much going on. Being aware of that, I put the schedule 4 posts up from yours to help out.
Not blaming you, I just didnt check the times. How was the race BTW?
it was fun, but we also all had our own individual issues during the race which made it an odd race.
1. Dolph's TV turned off early in the race. At least that's his excuse for his crashes
2. Psycho had sound issues that distracted him causing 2 crashes around Aremburg allowing us to catch up to him (he had a nice lead early on)
3. I arrived in lobby just as the race was about to start, so i got no warm-up and the first 2 laps were...interesting, shall we say i kept thinking the races started at 10PM
4. Phisher seemed to have a hard time with that Car/Track combination, but hopefully he enjoyed it. He figured out eventually to stay off the curbs lol. But he stuck it out for 11 laps! kudos my man:tup:
5. LittleRegret was fast, but had an unfortunate disconnect after only a few laps
6. Liam was late (10PM, sorry we missed you) and kept trying to connect to the room distracting us as we struggled to control this sliding/bouncing beast
Anyway, i enjoyed it once i got settled into the race. Then, as i crossed the finish line, i realized i was the only person on track
Apparently, with 1/2 lap to go i got partially disconnected. I finished the race on my game and my victory saying came up on others screen, but i was not in the replay and was gone from the race. it was weird.
ANyway, not many showed up, but it was a fun battle (both with myself and the car and with the other racers)
what did you end up using for BB psycho? I originally had mine at 7/4, but by race day i found 4/1 much more to my liking with a more conservative approach to several corners.

I apologize for bailing mid-race last night. First, I realized i jumped into the wrong Car (i have 6 of these babies!) and I didn't have an oil change; the 20 HP made such a difference, i really didn't want to practice my lines and braking without a proper car.
Second, my family came home from their little spring vacation and i had to help tuck the kiddies into bed and unpack the van.
I probably should have just pulled over, but i wanted to check out the car to see why it felt funny to me.
FYI: unless i'm mistaken, you do not need to break in standard cars. Even the 0/0/0 ones come fully broken in once you do an oil change on it.
micantonySunday Liam for the M3 GTR race. not sure what flex is running tonight.
Is it too late to join this series?
If not I would like to give it a try, I think I might even be able to make tonights race if possible
I would still use my White on White color scheme with good ol' number 57
