I like it. A lot.

I did too, now you mention it. No idea where mine is though :(

I think I had 2 Matchbox Rescue Ranchos at one point, but I definitely still have one of them somewhere. It was one of my favourites all those years ago, and still is.

The world needs more Rancho! Let's start a campaign to have them built again. 💡

Ford Sierra

The pre-facelift Sierra is pretty ghastly. That front end steals your soul. The grille looks like it's concealing knives and spikes which will attack you.

Still like it though.

From the front it looks like it's either disappointed in life or high on cheap drugs. And has panel gaps the size of a unicorns rainbow.

There was one like this parked on the side of the road next to someones house for some time about a year ago in my area. Very rare sight here, never got around to take a picture of it. Nah it's still ugly.

You are joking.

Out of Ferrari's 3 hypercars, the F40/F50/Enzo Ferrari, the F40 is by far the best looking. It still looks better than any model Ferrari offers today. Fact*.

I don't know about that, the 458 is definitely up there in my books. But I'd rather take any '80s and early 90s Ferrari over the new stuff.

Well, F50 and Enzo were sheep's vomit. F40 looks definitely better but that sloping front end and disappointed headlights do look unattractive.

BMW M135i, one of the best all round drivers cars BMW has made for a while.. yet can't escape the F20's "unique" face...

American gas guzzlers at it's finest. I really like the interior as well, and they ride pretty smooth from what I've heard.

It's like a Jeep Wrangler. Except it gets horrible gas mileage, looks like a kid's toy, is barely any better off road than the Tahoe it was based on, costs twice as much as it has any right to considering what it is and is the deserved whipping boy for conspicuous consumption.

On the other hand, they did drive one around in Zombieland, and that was pretty cool.

...and now destined to be stretched limos for hen nights for the next 20 years. :D

@F40 debate:

I actually think that the F40 is one of the best looking cars made by Ferrari in the last 25 years. Really.

For me, the cars that succeeded the F40 gets progressively less appealing, although it really dropped once the Enzo came. Hell, I'd actually take the MC12 it's based on any day to I'm honest.

Even though I've always liked the F40 over most other hypercars, I still prefer the EB110 over any other:

Not sure if the front end is everyone's cup of tea, but I've always had a thing for it. The fact that is was unveiled just 10 days after I was born has nothing to do with it though.

As for the car based on the EB110, I'm not so sure:

The B Engineering Edonis has always had one of the weirdest looking front ends of any hypercar, plus the rear was a bit of a mess although I never really disliked it.

I've always found the AMC Eagle somewhat appealing.

Basically a Jeep Cherokee with a car body atop it. Tough as nails, I nearly bought one for my first car. I think I made the right decision by going against it, but, it still feels somewhat special to see one now and then.

Toyota Previa, anyone? Very ugly, awkwardly constructed. But, she's a mid-engine, AWD, supercharged monster. Kinda awesome in the strangest of ways. I'd have one, happily.

Not an ugly vehicle by any stretch of the imagination, but I can't see many people pointing at an E-Body Eldorado and saying "that's the one I want". Definitely a very conservatively styled car, but it's still a nice car to look at; it has a very subtle presence, like an Audi. It's not particularly sporty, being a large front wheel drive car, but that Northstar V8 provides more than enough umph, even if it has an old pastime of blowing head gaskets. It's definitely sporty by 90s Cadillac standards inside, and those leather seats look so comfy. The miracle of depreciation means that these things are cheap, and thanks to oldies who like to cling onto their Cadillacs (my grandparents had an '83 Eldorado Biarritz for some 17 years), it's not too hard to find a good one.
