Renault Avantime. Fully tuned it produces 351hp and weighs 1400kg. Surprised the hell outta me! Close gear ratios gives it amazing acceleration. Only if it was turbocharged, I would've thought it was an Evo. :dopey:

TRY IT. đź‘Ť

Caldina GT-4. The handling of this wagon is insane an making somewhere in the 450+hp range this thing moves out.

Audi pikes peak O_O

I was tooling around in the mg tf160....I think that's it. I dunno if it's fast at 450 pp...but it is a blast.

Like I mentioned in previous threads, the Peugeot 106 Rallye did surprised me a lot. It handles like a dream, it's super lightweight and it also kicks butt in gravel or snow. I never expected that a FF Peugeot would be this quick.

Anyone tried a fully tuned doge RAM? Muahah, that's like a supersonic tank thing :dopey:

It's true, indeed. Although it doesn't get that monster amount of torque it got in GT4 with the Supercharger. I completed the rally challenges in GT4 with this car, btw.

While the top end isn't that great on this car, the AWD launching capabilities of the VW Beetle RSi are impressive. Lighten this one up and she's gone. Deserves at least to be mentioned...

Have a good one

daihatsu mira trxx avanzatto '97, or whatever a full name is, but it can be tuned to 200+ hp with ~650 kilograms. if I remember corect, it can do ~250 kph (no draft) and who knows how fast with a draft :D

It hasn't been unexpected for a while now (to me at least), but I've finally managed consistent 1:22s at Laguna Seca in a 770hp Chrysler 300C on Racing Hard tires without any downforce (and the customary all-assists-off-except-for-ABS-at-1). To anyone unaware, this is quick enough to reach and maintain first place against Chaparral 2Js, Ford GT LMs, Oreca Viper GTS-Rs, and Corvette C5Rs in the American Championship series in Extreme.

On an unrelated note, I'd like to thank all involved for reinstating (whether it be fixing any problems or simply making it available once again) the forums, as they're a valuable resource.

1988 Honda Accord fully modded with 299hp will hit 171mph on SS7 by itself, surprised a few people in JDM cruises with that car. Hit 192mph in a draft.

Any idea on what its trap speed is at indy?

Sorry, no I don't... would be interesting to find out though! It's no monster by any stretch of the imagination (430hp without engine upgrades), but for the car that it is, it's surprisingly quick on take off. I was impressed anyways.

Have a good one

I have a fully upgraded and tuned Fiat Panda that's pretty damn quick for what it is.

In council van yellow.

Latest absolute sleeper in my collection - Honda Accord Coupe EX

3 Litre V6 with 521bhp and a selection of rather nice exhaust notes to choose from, including one which has the aggressive sound of the Supra RZ.

Capable of topping 200mph without drafting, took it into an arcade mode race on SSR7 and it put me up against Veyrons, Speed 12's and Maccy F1's (likely all stock, but still way above the power levels of this FF shopping kart) and was pulling along in their draft at their pace with no problems, at around 240mph!

I have recently got into mercedes and all of these are wicked fast on highway runs
C63 amg( possibly my next real car) Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG (R230) Â’04, Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG (R230) Â’02
All great highway ssr7 running cars wow alot of torque!!

IMHO the two 106s are some of the fastest and best handling FF cars in their power range.

I found the new VW Golf and Scirocco shockingly quick. I love driving FWD cars around Eiger and I was not expecting the two to be so agile as they were due to their weight.

Not seen it mentioned yet: Honda City turbo 2. It has a crazy square 80s body kit but it flies in that small car chuck it about way.

Someone above mentioned the Mira/Cuore: it's got more poke with med range turbo than the high. I can recommend Xdesparado67's Pocket Monster tune for the car. You can beat super cars on a twisty track.

A fully tuned, Peugeot 106. It only has 261 horsepower, but less than 800kg- and with the stock tranny, limited to 150 MPH, it is incredibly fast through tight tracks.

Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3. Before you laugh or call me a fool, I'm well aware of the fact that it's a "hypercar" and well should be fast. However, it's much faster than I would have expected. Stock-for-stock, I have even found it to be faster than the venerated, benchmark McLaren F1. Driving it takes patience and practice, it's not as easy to drive fast as the F1, but once you get a feel for how the car behaves and manage to push it to its limit before the back end slides out, it's oh so very fast. Thus far, I've consistently run 2.8 seconds quicker around Rome, and am approaching 2 seconds quicker around Monza (to be fair, Monza is my favorite track and I have plenty of experience with the F1 on it). I'll be curious to find out how it compares on the Nordschleife, as it gets loose easily and I also have plenty of practice with the F1 on the 'Ring.

This one shocked me a little, if only for its dramatic drafting speed - Chevrolet Silverado.

Take a fully tuned model into arcade mode on Route X and it puts you up against a full grid of Citroen GT's. I thought I'd be well out of my depth and they'd run off, no. I had to keep going back to lengthen my gearbox and finally got it drafting behind them at up to,,,,,,,,277mph!!!

I think if I took it into an online room and set myself up with some X1's willing to give tows I could get 300mph from it!

Sure, it's got over 900bhp, but let's face facts - it's a humongous truck!

Chevy SSR for me. It also has a ton of torque so you can leave the stock transmission in place and let the loud exhaust be heard!

Hyundai Tiburon '99. Horsepower in the high 200s doesn't even come close to telling the whole story.

Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept '00. Looks epic in black, can hang with newer Vipers, has enough torque to deal with the stock transmission - which is good because the racing exhaust on that thing sounds incredible.

Gave an '05 M5 SS tyres and engine/body rebuilds and got it up to about 206MPH, no other mods. Most of the beemers are very fast but I think this is a little unrealistic, I mean I know they are supposed to be delimited but come on....

They are capable of 200+mph with no limiter.
