Taking money out of the equation, I much preferred what T10 gave as DLC vs what PD.
For how "tight" PD is with manufacturers, the DLC has been lackluster. We got the C7 and GT86 stuff pre and at release but what else has there really been?

It's the 14th in Japan. Common sense tells me PD work on Japanese time and not American time. It's been said before, the world doesn't just work on American time. My watch tells me that it's 14/01/14 03.33am. Is it wrong?

Fair enough, but I'd almost always prefer a few brand new cars for free over 10 cars for $10, 7 of which were in the previous game.
But that's an "almost always". PD may have good relationships with everybody, but they don't utilize that very well. But then again, I don't think Forza could have pulled off anything like Vision GT.

It can't be an in game update. All the ingame update does it unlock the stuff. Before the M4 and Hudson in game update, you were always able to drive them, but you would have to hack the game files, which is frowned upon.

Hang on. I remain adamant it will be today. PD aren't superhuman, but they are at least somewhat capable. This is the sixth iteration of Gran Turismo full game. They can't just go about "forgetting" about updates that they've promised.

That "minor" part about the bug fixes is what bugs me. What exactly do they classify as minor?

Developers always say minor when referencing big fixes. The same as admitting a major fault as something "an isolated few user have experienced"... It's to not bring attention to an issue that many might not be aware...

seasonal events seem to be updated automatically without PD pressing any button, they are updated after the time reaches 0 in the PD office, they are always on time since GT5, (when they don't require a new car like now)

That's not true. The BMW M4 Seasonal Event is still there. It's closed, but it's still there.

Also, The seasonal event ticker seems to be glitched and stuck on the 15th Anniversary event discription

i was talking about adding seasonals, don't know anything about them expiring.

But it seems that the M4 is connected to the FT-1 seasonal which is where the part that i mentioned about new cars steps in.
