I've noticed that the cars in the UCD available in more colours than before. For example, I have Two Megane Coupe's in my UCD, both of which are a different colour. I've only ever seen this car in the same colour for the past few months until this update. The same can be said for quite a few cars in my UCD right now. I'm just wondering if this is new.

Endurance save would make these events pointless. Save bug is fixed.

Why not everyone has that many hours free at one time or able to leave their PS3 on for so long and they'd still have to race the same amount of time as you do only split down rather then one sitting
And before you try the "its unrealistic" game about the above remember your sat on ya backside in a chair with a ds3/wheel in a nice warm house, your not getting an adrenaline rush, sweaty, arms aching, dirty, pee where you sit experience from racing a real endurance race so its unrealistic already
Back to the patch im more then glad of the issues they've addressed ok somethings have been missed but I see PD trying to get all the little errors that are easier to sort out the way first so we can continue enjoying GT5 before they start to tackling the main problems

Do you really think there are many people that race the events for 24 hours straight? They race a couple of hours, leave the console on and go to sleep so the "point of endurance racing" is already destroyed.
If you don't like the saving feature that makes things more convenient you can simply not use it.

This is an awesome update.
Every game has its problems/bugs etc. I for one love this game and every update has made it even better. I guess the "cry baby" types are going to cry even after they get there dummy. If it's not one thing, it's another. Get over it for f sake.

Some cars have been renamed. A CLK-GTR is in my UCD right now but its been relabeled as CLK-LM Racecar.

My friends list now displays their A-Spec level on the thumbnail. I can sort by A-Spec level, B-Spec level and just plain ol' alphabetically. I don't know if the sorting is new, but the level overlay is.
Also, the cars in my UCD have changed colour... There was an M3 in that blue that they only seem to come in, and now it's Imola Rot. I mean, before the update that very car (I bought most of the cars in my current UCD line-up) was blue, and now it's red.
I just thought that was interesting, at least we can more easily get some different colours now. I have a nice purple Veyron in the OCD, too.

No of course I dont. However I do expect somebody running a 24 hour endurance to race for 24 hours before they can stop the race and do something else. Otherwise how the hell is it an "endurance"?
24 hour endurance races show a special level of dedication to the race in order to complete the event before you can do anything else.
Add game saves and you utterly destroy the entire point of having a 24 hour race.
It's not simply a case of "If you dont like it dont use it". Add a save feature and you destroy how special an achievment finishing a 24 hour race is. That effects every player even if they dont use the save feature themselves.
How does adding a save feature stop you from having to run the race by yourself? If you want to have the "real" endurance race experience invite a few friends over for a endurance race party. Saving does absolutely nothing to address that particular issue.

Yes, many of the cars in the UCD have changed colour which is good. I also like how you can select a car from your garage much quicker than before.

How are performancepoints calulated?
if its supposed to be power/weight ratio then something is messed up.
my gallardo has more power and weighs less than my isf racing concept, yet the isf has high points.

I won't play for another minute till they fix the menu BGM.
I have user BGM selected but it still forces you to listen to that stupid boring elevator music everytime you enter a dealership or GTAuto or tuning.
PD are so useless it's not even funny. It's getting really old having to mute the tv everytime i enter those places

God i wish this was on PC. This would have been modded in a week to be a better game PD could never manage themselves.
