No 'LM' cars or modifiers for GTSport? 'Cause I ain't seen any... yet. But a F50 GTish mod, tune, whatever yall call it now... would be wonderful to see.

Then again... what 90s car(s) would the F50 and/or it's 'GT' mod be rivaled?

Still looking for a reason for buying into PS4's pay to play system

Porsche 996 GT3, F40, Supra RZ(did race at Le Mans), NSX Type R(tuned, may be possible to match the F50; Type R did vs F40 in Best Motoring, though the '02 NSX-R vs the F50), '00 Diablo may be another, the '02 Viper GTS model, is like GTS from the '90s.

Although fictional as with most of the LM cars in Gran Turismo, there is one. The Ford GT LM Spec ii Test Car.

These were an integral part of previous games, I hope they do come back. But then again we have a selection of Group 3 vehicles which could technically be classified as LM cars, for they don't exist in reality. Take the F-Type Group 3, the Atenza Group 3 and the Mustang Group 3.

Thanks guys. I like 05XR8's suggestion most.

Maybe in GT7 (a less FIA focused version) we'll see stuff like the Porsche 911GT1, Toyota GTOne, Lotus Elise GT1 and Panos' Esparante roadcars challenge my favorite 90s Ferrari. Then there's their race car variants.

I must admit. I'm expecting a lot for my pay to play experience.

That Ford GT LM and the GT by Citroën Race Car are the two fictional race cars that appeared in past GTs

Both are basically the rough equivalent of modern GT1 cars. In GT6 the Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II was under the Gran Turismo dealership but was reverted back to Ford because you know, the manufacturer's series.

The Citroen GT race car is basically the same car from GT5 but only with a different number sticker, far less colors in the color selection and with the Gr. 3 moniker, but still it is the same car.

New track coming January 3rd?
On January 9, the FIA Manufacturer race doesn't show a track. If we do get a January update, it could be the first week of January. That or it's the TESL track again.
Could be the Tokyo track.

2 of the races in December have no track either

I would add Mclaren F1 as main rival too. It came about the same time period and despite being faster on straight line, we've never seen a good circuit battle between them.

Where did you read that? Or just a rumor?

Could be the Tokyo track.
Could be. I mentioned Tokyo Expressway South Loop(TESL). ;)

Yes. "in December"
True, As I mentioned above, it could just be the TESL track. However, the FIA race without a track in JAnuary, is a week after a possible January Update. So, it could include new track content.

Observation on the FIA Calendar.

So, could you please check after the 5th December whether it is still TBD or not and post it here?

If it's still TBD, we will know there is another layout or track coming, although there's no point trying to guess if there is, until 5th December.

It was a good spot though!

I really hope I can afford the F50 with my measly 1.4m in credits. I have had zero motivation to play GTS as of late. But then I’ll be SOL for the P1, so I guess I’m screwed either way.

F50 is 1.900.000 cr. Anything less is danger zone
Just farmed 5 million on BMB, hope it's enough to buy everything in the upcoming update, I'm bored to death can't even look at BMB anymore
F50 and P1 GTR are 5.5 mil cr., so no, it's not enough.

More than willing to grind BMB for that F50, I’m at 1.6m now so I got a few days.

P1 will just have to be another that I keep my fingers crossed for in the wheel

We are getting an electric car at the same time an electric series is announced. Last time that happened, an electric series was taking place and we got the Audi VGTs.
The e-TCR reveal happened during the Barcelona event. I wonder about a future DLC update. Could be EV heavy, at some point next year.

Two TBD tracks in the next Manufacturer series, both races are 13 laps. The new Tokyo track seems like it will feature in Nations with 7 laps and N500 like in the finals.

Could be they are all Tokyo tracks, reverse too, but I think we are in for a surprise :D To run basically the same track twice in a short Manu season doesnt make sense

The current FIA Season had Catalunya twice, Round 4 (Gr.3) and Round 7 (Gr.4), plus Round 8 of Nations (Gr.2)

Don't be hopeful for anything other than the normal and reverse layouts.

We already know there's two new layouts of Tokyo Expressway

How often have there been both variations of a circuit, in the same month of FIA races?

Would be real nice if they included reverse variations as well... FOUR tracks to race on? Nice.
