OK, i've been workshoping this all night and I think I've got a car prediction list I'm satisfied with.

1. Aston Martin DB3S Sports ‘53 (Gr.X)
2. Audi RS 6 Avant ‘08 (N500)
3. Infiniti G35 Coupe ‘06 (N300)
4. Isuzu 4200R Concept ‘89 (N300)
5. Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 ‘09 (N600)
6. Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 GT Sport Motul Team RJN ‘18 (Gr.3)
7. Nissan SKYLINE Hard Top 2000GT-R (KPGC10) ‘70 (N100)
8. Shelby GT350 ‘65 (N300)
9. Suzuki Cappuccino (EA21R) ‘95 (N100)

There's 9 cars for my update because that just feels like the default amount. Not counting November 2017 and April 2018 the average update has just under 9 cars.
The Skyline and "Mustang" are there because by my calculations, 8 times a different generation of an existing japanese car has been added, 7 times a different generation of an existing american car has been added, and 8 times a different generation of an existing european car has been added, averaging out to just under 2 per update.
The Isuzu concept is there because 15 manufactures have been added over 13 updates, so percentages dictate that a manufacture will be added this update.
The 2018 GTR GT3 is there because it's just silly to produce a video series about how drivers use GT Sport to train and not have the car they use to race in real life in the game. A different version of an existing car being added has about a 7.5% chance of happening by my calculations, but we're overdue for one with the last time such a case occurred being in the August update.
The Aston, Audi, Lamborghini, Infiniti, and Suzuki are there because it's just been a while since there's been additions to the brand (or in Infiniti's case, never) and like I said before, I like to think PD knows when a brand is overdue for an update. And I just needed cars that didn't already fit my criteria and fit with the averages of other updates.

As for a track, honestly it's a complete toss up. I don't think S** is coming this update, but I would bet that we could see a classic GT track that was redone for GT6 like Midfield, Apricot Hill, or Autumn Ring. Or maybe it could be Silverstone, Motegi or even the Ascari race resort. Honestly If I had to pick just one it'd probably put money on Silverstone, though.

I was just thinking about the Isuzu 4200R Concept ‘89. It’d be cool if they added older concepts so we could race them against current gen VGT cars. Also, if Isuzu throws its hat in the ring, then I kind of want to see what the chances would be for the Piazza (probably slim).

*inb4 they add the MU-X just to make people angry with their DWGs*

Wow... so scientific lol

I've also felt the RS6 and GT350R version though) would make an appearance Soon(er than PDI "Soon").
Pretty much the same reason for Audi, but the Shelby because of PD adding classic sports/race cars. I understand about the GT350 being Premium and they've already given us one racing car in that Brand. I just felt it would make a return. Not to mention it would fit GT Sport better. In my humble opinion.

Give whatever cars you want PD just bring more tracks like Spa, Istanbul Park, Imola, Hockenheim and more especially from past GTs like red rock valley and rome night.

If I expect something for the next update is a better and specific division of the ‘categories’. I think cars need a division in decades: 60/70/90/00/10

Altho i like the new car too, i'd prefer if PD included the old model

The thing is, it is very hard to speculate on what will (or will not) be included in the next update because PD are keeping their plans somewhat secret (not many leaks went out to the public). We can only suppose on what will be included by looking back at the leaks

We definitely know that rally-spec Lancia 037 was scanned quite a while ago. Same thing goes to that drift-spec Nissan 370Z owned by Chris Forsberg. There was also this Bugatti EB110 scannning video on YT, and it is speculated that the car was scanned by PD (the company owning the car is mentioned in end credits).

As for tracks, PD holds exclusive Pikes Peak license, Deep Forest is apparently in the works and we have both Silverstone and Spa Francochamps as tracks that were new in GT6 but yet to make an appearance in GT Sport. Same goes to remade Midfield Raceway, again, from GT6

So, my guesses would be:

Lancia 037 Group B Rally Car
Bugatti EB110
Chris Forsberg 370Z (one of these or maybe even all of them)

Silverstone
Spa Francochamps
Deep Forest
Midfield Raceway
Pikes Peak (again, not saying that all of these will be included rn, but those are somewhat believable to be included in next update)
I really would love to see RUF in GT again:bowdown:

I hope this cars is in next update, Many of them has appeared in previous versions.

Volvo 240 GLT Estate'88
Ford RS 200'85
Toyota Celica GT-Four'95
Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Rally car'85
Lotus Elise'11
Cadillac CTS-V Coupe '11
Autobianchi Abarth A112
Audi S4'98
Alfa Romeo GT 3.2

And the tracks that should be added are either the 4 tracks of Matterhorn or Eigernordwand track. There are no need of more boring racingtracks like Spa or tracks like that.

Yes they should stick with fantasy tracks they do very well with it like ST.Croix , Dragons Tail , Tokyo and so on .

Wouldn’t mind seeing them come back. They’ve been in just about every main GT title since 2 if I’m not mistaken.

Mmmh I think RUF was used just to cover the absence of Porsche. I will doubt it will be included again.
I thought the same but The Crew 2 and Gear.Club Unlimited 2 have both released recently and featured Porsche and RUF. You never know but I just don't think RUF will return to Gran Turismo Sport.

RUF and Porsche are kind of same the manufacturer, except that RUF is significantly a coach builder. RUF takes the chassis from Porsche and is redesigned with its own unique characteristics. RUF may appear in some form within Porsche.

The same can be said for Lister, they were a coach builder for Jaguar, but they made their first road car as well (Lister Storm).

I'd rather have the Isuzu Bellet GT-R.

RUF does have examples of their own cars like the new yellowbird. I think they'll come back eventually, its only a matter of when, not if. Several manufacturers that weren't in GT Sport before but now are were seen on a slide in a 2016 GT Sport presentation and RUF was amongst them.
