Thank you, gentlemen!

Daxus, I see your point, this is well possible. I am however mostly selling the Honda NSX Rally Car, of which I obtained a fair number with the engine ticket glitch and which isn't ever available at the used car dealer.

Best price I ever got for this car is 124k credits. When it drops, it often times drops low, down to the 70k region. I have now settled on selling one when it goes above 100k credits.
When I play, I usually take a peek at the price when I go to the used car dealer. I also haven't been able to spot any system to the selling prices as of yet, but I haven't been following it religiously either. I'm just a little miffed about the huge changes. Purchase prices for regular used cars and legendary cars remain reasonably stable, so why do cars I sell vary in value by 50% and more?
I also suspect the price follows how many people buy the car vs sell it. There were many people that did that glitch and ended up with a LOT of those NSX's (lol) and I think it isn't a popular car that gets obtained out of free will.

So, if you could wait out the rest until it gets bought more than it is sold, you should get more value. (I suspect :) )

I find your technique of waiting until it meets a threshold very good.

What also refuses to show up is the Firebird Trans-Am with the Smokey and the Bandit livery. Someone said that it shows up "all the time". Yeah ... no. I've never seen the car with this livery, and I own five Trans-Ams and I've seen the car at the used car dealer many times. Smokey and the Bandit nowhere to be found.

Hi all , fairly new here bought a PS4 pro and GT 7 , loving it btw , I really want to buy the Sierra Cosworth , anybody know when it is due back on the store?

I know it’s so annoying! I got the black and gold one, but it’s not the right black and gold one!!!

The four remaining Civic Touring car colours refuse to show up!

1, 2, 11, 12

Not to mention the Ferrari 512BB. I’ve never seen this car appear in any shade of red, and I’ve been following the UCD since the game came out. I know cars are repaintable, but it’s still very weird.

Are you referring to black with the golden hood bird? It has been available once.

A black and gold one has been available, but the Smokey and the bandit one is different

Edit:
Black and Gold Trans Am that was available in GT7

1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR T.M. SCP Hostage Crisis - Day 44

With the early return of the 1971 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG (HS30), which is making its second appearance since the 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR T.M. SCP last sold out on June 6, we now have a hostage crisis in the UCD. The elderly Fairlady is actually back a bit early, previously last available between June 28 and July 3 and selling out July 4.

Other than fellow hostages the 1973 Lancia Stratos (last sold out June 9) and the 1971 Ferrari Dino 246 GT (last sold out June 10), every car in the UCD has been made available at least once since the Evo VI (and Stratos and Dino) last sold out. The 1988 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary is currently the car, other than those 3, that has been gone the longest, last becoming available June 17 and last selling out June 22.

Indeed, nearly half of the cars (48) have made two appearances since the Evo VI last sold out. In addition, the "not-hot" full-price S. Shigeno version of the Toyota Sprinter AE86 has been available since June 1, with a discounted version also available a single day (June 17).

Looking for the Countach 25th anniversary edition. Lost track of the schedule. Looking to do an engine swap on it. Any guess on how much longer it will be?

Quoting myself from nearly a half hour ago:

Even considering its appearance length is the shortest of the UCD cars at 5 days, it is overdue.

Still waiting on this one for the menu as well... been checking online regularly but have forgotten from time to time so it's good to know in some way that I haven't missed it.

Is there a way to know whether or not one has bought all the used cars?

Can you sort the car collection screen by year? Not ideal as it’ll include LCD cars, but at least you can see what pre 2001 cars you have yet to get??

These "hostage crisis" thing is probably one of, if no the thing that annoys me the most in this game. Absolutely NOBODY should have to be worried about when "x" is going to appear on the dealership. Neither PD nor a stupid algorithm made by them should have control over what we can buy. At some point, everyone should be able to see all cars on both Used and Legendary dealerships.

This is just freaking awful.

Was the Evo III GSR produced in colours other than yellow? I know there's the white RS model, but would like a white GSR for tuning.

Also, unless my eyes are decieving me, or my TV's HDR is screwed up. Isn't the RS500's White colour a little too yellow/cream? The real car was a motorsport white. You can particularly tell the difference when you put the road car next to a race livery with a white base.

There are 5 colors for the Evo III in GT7 including a white. I'd expect it to show up in one of the other 4 for its second appearance.

As for the RS500, even though I don't have the white one (I have the black one, and the blue one is what's in the UCD right now), that is definitely not the Diamond White that was one of the 3 colors they were painted in the factory. In fact, Ford Diamond White isn't available as a paint.

All three colors seem off fo me. The black appears somewhat blue and the light blue seems too gray.

There's still the 1973 Lancia Stratos (last available 6/8) and 1971 Ferrari Dino 246 GT (last available 6/9), but at least those two aren't needed for either an Extra Menu or an engine swap.

A black and gold one has been available, but the Smokey and the bandit one is different

I think the color you're looking for is called Black Special Edition, whereas the one that's shown up in the UCD so far is called Starlight Black Hood Bird.

1971 Ferrari Dino 246 GT Hostage Crisis - Day 46

With the return of the 1973 Lancia Stratos, we're down to one hostage. In the 46 days since the Dino was last available on 6/9, 55 of the other 109 cars in the UCD have appeared twice. That doesn't count the suddenly-removed S.Shigeno version of the Toyota Sprinter Trueno, which had been available for 55 days at the "zero-mileage" price usually reserved for newly-introduced cars and also for a single day at the usual lower UCD price.

The Shigeno Trueno was "stickied" for the Japan National Sports Week event, but the time trial for it is supposed to end on August 13.
