No it wouldn't be cooler, it'd be hotter your getting the same engery being created in a smaller engine, theres less there for the heat to disspate though, also the small ammount of weight saved in the engine would be easilly negated by larger or additional radiators, just what the Veyron doesn't need more of.
.

I would like to take this moment to point out that the veyron has more radiators than all the houses in my street :)

Didn't VAG let almost all of their brands into GT4? I'd like that car in the game, simply because it's a dream-car. Because of that crazyness. Because it's a car with absolutely no reason (except, maybe, the 4WD, which was VERY reasonable for a car this fast. How else could you stay on the road?). It's the ultimate video-game car.
Note to Team666: I think Rolls Royce belongs to BMW, don't they?

why not borrow an aluminum block 5.4 from ford?
A gentleman from florida has one, put on a tt setup, took off the blower, the car makes 1000 rwhp....
but america has power

firstly the aluminium would melt at the high tempratures that the enginge produces and so they would probably need even more radiators adding to the weight and to the size
secondly although the person in florida may have an engine that has 1000rwhp it is probably set to full power on the onboard cpu and so the engine will more than likely burn itself out quickly whereas the buggatti is built to last
thirdly if america has the power then how come all of the most powerfull cars and fastest road legal cars have all come out of european companies
