Double post. Is Phelps serious? Red Bull. Thee Red Bull... are they going to care about selling chocolates? So, what? A chocolate bull on the side. The Red Bull logo with little chocolate balls behind the bull? Phelps needs to sit down.

I can not see Reynolds at Erebus. No matter how far the panelbthinks Betty is "out there".

Or, I dunno, the Darrell Lea logo on the car somewhere. Just because it's a chocolate brand doesn't mean chocolates need to be present in the livery. I think you may have taken it the wrong way, if I'm honest.

He did say that Darrell Lea may get T8 to sell chocolates as part of the sponsorship deal, but it's not a must.

They were a minor sponsor at best. I'd be more curious to know where Wendy's went, since that deal was supposed to last until the end of the season.
Wendy's sponsorship was only for the rest of the Australian events. It was never going to be run in New Zealand, for whatever reason.

Phelps said Caltech sell Darryl Lea chocolates. Plus, Quinn is sour that Giz left Tekno .Just because there is some affiliation, does not mean T8/RBRA will grant a deal with Quinn and Giz, to feature DL on his car.

I never said they would, neither did Phelps. He merely suggested that it could be on the horizon. In all honesty, tonight was one of Phelps' better nights with the news.

I'm going to be completely honest and say he was better off where he was at. And I said the same thing about Will Davison. Best of luck to him, but I just don't see him being as competitive as he was this year.

Well there goes Reynolds hopes of an outright Bathurst win, I genuinely hope he goes out and spanks the championship now, even if he cant win at least get ad close to Frosty as possible,

One of the stupidest decisions I've ever seen. This will backfire big time. Waters is not ready, whatsoever. Surfers Paradise proved that.

But, what a buy for Erebus. Reynolds is in the prime of his career. No better choice than him.

Hopefully Waters has drive like Pye and Percat because, he's no McLaughlin and Mostert.

No hate for the kid. He'll go well but, his attitude. We'll see if he will loosen up come 2016.

I did not see Erebus picking up Reynolds. Not in a million years. Betty must be working some magic in the long run. Reynolds brings his character but, hey, she knows who he is. So, I guess they may be part of what sold him.

Where else is he going to get experience driving current machinery against top-line drivers?
Continue in the Dunlop Series for another season. He lacks maturity. His two events coming up (NZ & Phillip Island) will be a good chance to prove he is ready for a full-time drive. If he fails to finish in the Top 10 in the best car on the grid for all the races, it shows that he isn't ready.

Given that he is leading DVS i think he has done enough, just needs track time.

He was won every ROUND in the series except bathurst, not much more learning left if he stays there.

Waters has talent, he was very quick at Sandown. The car Waters and Ingall drove at the GC was an old spec car, not on the same level of the other PRA cars so you can't judge him based on the speed we saw there.

My guess is PRA set their cars up in a unique way, Mostert had some trouble adjusting to it in 2014 when he come from DJR and was struggling for quite a few rounds before he found his feet, given that Waters doesn't have the luxury of the offseason to sort it out He just needs more time.

When Waters intially drove a COTF Falcon, he said it wasn't much different to the last gen. I think he was more cautious of crashing and being a hero than lack of pace. No matter if the car was the original COTF FGII.

Waters might grab a few good results next year, maybe a win, but damn, how could anyone think that dropping the 3rd place driver in the championship is a good idea?

They must believe it's more to do with the car than the driver. I hope it isn't the beginning of the end of Reynolds' career.
