By limited, she means it's a limited rollout by PD. This is for the purpose of testing the amount of server load they will experience when everyone starts flooding their uploader with anime. They have to see if their servers can handle it before rolling out the service to everyone.

-VRR Corvette Cup OP will be launched on Sunday. Pace car driver has been confirmed, and early signups through the VRR Discord have already begun.
-Picture Day for the series will be prior to the start of round 1 of the season to make it simple. Details on how everyone will lineup will come out after testing has been finalized.
