Well, for me this VW is to much futuristic and I don't like that. Same was with Mercedes... For me BMW done best job so far.... Car simple look like real race car and like car that we can find on street this day's...

I can't wait to drive this beast next week (hopefully on 28th). I only hope that not every concept is a 600pp monster otherwise it may get same driving 28 cars with very similar performance.

and what I have heared of the reliability and repair costs of a VR6 engine - well lets just say Im happy we dont have engine failure and a price for repair in this game..

The sound of the VR6 is certainly quite nice... certainly the nicest bit of the Corrado VR6 anyway, the rest of the experience is bleh, IMO of course.

I had a '95 Jetta GLX VR6 conversion w/Passat GLX gears in my '88 GLI 16V. I sure do miss that one. I walked all over 535i's, Type-R Integras on the New England Thruway and Saw Mill Parkway. I made an R32 Golf driver ask did I work the engine as i still had the 16V badge on the back and grill.

And I want them futuristic and crazy. Plenty of regular cars in GT6 already. (and with interior)
I'm fine with 50/50 split to satisfy everyone but who knows what we'll get. Judging by the sketches BMW was shaping futuristic as well but turned out more down to earth.

I agree pretty much with this. What I hope for is a mix of styles both futuristic and more regular. With 28 cars due in total there's plenty of room for both sides to be satisfied surely??
