Well here is just the images for it lol, wasted time in posting individuals.

I like it, but it kind of looks a bit like a shoe. :P

No, it says "The one-off, topless GTI will appear in a vivid metallic red finish when it debuts at Wörthersee next week."

Which talks about the real life model and not VisionGTI in GT6. Re-read the article.

Upss... I missed some info :P... In an rush...

And the unveiling is the 28th, which is a Tuesday, just like the other updates.

28th is Wednesday, but yeah that's exactly the case... Tuesday the update will come with whatever else they're bundling with the Senna stuff and then that'll bring the VW as well.

It will probably come with the Senna content next week.

I doubt. I think VW VGT come after Senna content

Unless there is an update tuesday and at that time, the car will come via mini update

In fact, I think Senna content Senna will come via mini update but maybe I'm wrong.

Actually, the Senna content is already in the game tucked inside of the code (as shown by Whistle snap). Its just not unlocked yet so that update will not only give us the VW VGT, but will unlock the Senna content as well.

I think many people got confused by the date on the website somewhat, however if you look at the BMW vision seasonal event it runs through to 28 may. So I think the release in gt6 was always planned to be 28 may. Just my opinion, though with foresight hindsight it seems obvious now lol.

It's a complete guess this but I wonder if the agreement with each manufacturer guarantees them a minimum 2 week promotional spot. It doesn't seem unreasonable to me that the manufacturers would want some kind of time based exclusivity so as to maximise their marketing of the concepts.

If that's the case 2 x 25 = 50 weeks to go till we get the last car, based on the number of cars left after the VW. Frankly I'd love to have guaranteed bi-weekly content for a whole year as I'm loving the concepts so far, tho I appreciate others don't like them.

I really, really can't wait for Alpine's, Ford's, Hyundai's, Bertone's and Lamborghini's, even with Lambo not having a basic sketch yet, just going by the Siesto, Veneno and Egoista... I'm hype. They better not get cancelled.
I think they might though, I think no sketch is a bad sign.

on a side note while we wait, how many of us think that the next VGT cars will be from Lamborghini and Audi now that VW is releasing theirs?
Mitsubishi's VGT is already partially in the game so that will probably be next(maybe even on Tuesday), after that I predict either Subaru, Peugeot, Honda, or Alipine are next based on sketches. In fact, Subaru's looks almost complete.

Amazing! I call this a concept car, not BMW VGT.
BMW VGT is very beautiful and one of the best BMW designs these years, but its like a normal car that we can see in streets everyday. but this VW VGT & Mercedes Benz VGT are more futuristic and strange! :D

For a while, VW had no sketch and neither did Ford.
Not like the sketches even really matter. I mean the BMW really didn't look anything like its preview sketch. They haven't been canceled and I don't see any reason for people to be concerned, unless you work for a car company and familiar with the time table it takes to produce a concept... actually even then I don't think it makes a difference.

It's funny you should mention that because the BMW is the least likely to be seen on the street. The BMW is a race car, a single seater with roll bars visible inside the cockpit. Meanwhile, Mercedes has said the SLS AMG replacement is going to take its styling cues from the VGT concept :D

EDIT: Sorry for double post folks :scared:

I personally like the BMW the best. I don't like the generic concept car design of the GT by Citroen GT by Mercedes and GT by Volkswagen.
