VW GOLF Vision GT

I'm guessing that it's an open-top car with low windshield (they did say that it's a roadster), which means it can be the first VGT to have an interior. You can see the seats on the computer wireframe model. And no way they will release a car without roof with blacked-out interior.

That's quite an interesting statement. Most of the GTI owners I know are male in their early 30s. I don't know about calling them enthusiasts solely because of the elitist attitude they have towards anyone who isn't into VWs.

So they are like every other male german car owner Audi/Merc/BMW drivers are worse because most of them (in my country) can't even afford the cars they are driving, but aslong as the company leases them they feel like the autobahn belongs to them.

I have a sneaking suspicion* that if VW releases a VGT with an interior then the German rivals may suddenly decide to design interiors.

VW is doing a great job of hyping this up. I'd suggest that any GTP members that like this kind of hype get in on the action on Facebook. The more traffic they see the more likely they are to keep participating in this type of project for GT7 and beyond.

I hope it's actually more of a Golf GTI. I love the BMW because it seems more real than the Merc VGT. Judging by the amount of BMW VGT lobbies it is also way more popular than the Merc.
