Just out of curiosity for those that are failing to receive the cars, have you ever had a problem connecting to the GT servers while booting up the game? It would prompt this error after a few seconds of loading the game before getting to the home/main screen.

I did two nights ago. although the first few times, it would never give me the error message, just kinda hang up or freeze. havent had that problem today though.

Mine were sent like 12 hours ago. Still no-shows. The ones from about 20 hours ago worked fine. No problem with paints and horns though...

I couldn't upload the car twice, ps3 froze. quit game twice, on 3rd try I sent the car to a friend successfully. He confirms that he received it.

Does it matter if it says trade completed succesfully? or you may get that message and still lose the car? I fell asleep without seeing this and in the morning I made my trade send 4 cars. I only pray to God that he will get them all 4....

You'd think that as long as it says Trace Successful they will turn up at some point. Is there anyway to contact PD to find out what's going on.

From what have read and experienced if you live by gt's rules then trades work ie one trade per day each account. it is when the account is double dipping that only the the first one goes through and the rest float in cyberland. looks like gt has won the war.

Doesn't seem that way to me. I'm on my first trade of the day, and the car has disappeared. That kind of throws a spanner in the works of your logic. Seems to me PD has lost the war in terms of creating a reliable quality product, and after 5 years of development, I find that totally unacceptable.

I successfully traded at least 3 in a row about 2 am my time yesterday this way.

i tried sending a 2nd car to one of my other accounts just now.

car disappeared into thin air.

it was a mitsuibishi colt in a super awesome pink metallic paint too.

I just a did a bit of B-day experimenting with a new account and sent two cars. Only the first one made it through.
Earlier I sent three with only the first one making it too (different account).

Ah well, we've had a good run. It's been a laugh, and a lot of us have an awesome garage to show for it.

lol, I guess those P4's might actually be worth something soon...

I had problems too. I had sent some cars form my garage with no problems. Later i sent 3 ticket cars and it seems that 2 were lost. Really bad news. I am trying to get and keep my reputation high and with cars beeing lost in trasaction i dont know how my 'costumers' will react to all this.

I disagree. As I said earlier, my first trade of the day didn't work.

Secondly, is there any limit to how many cars you can receive in a day. Say 3 friends want to send me cars, can I only receive 1 per day. I know you can only send 1 per day. To me this is the final insult with this game. This problem is PD's fault.

i lost a F2007, Mark IV Race Car '67 and a GT40 Race Car '69... all joking apart has anybody reported that the cars have turned up??

I read somewhere that they arrived about 20 hours later?? I got an evo in midnight II and midnight III coming from my GF!!

I sent one car earlier and it worked, but the car that was sent back to me took forever and the game never let me know it had arrived (no red square with white star attached to community tab), but it finally got there about 45 mins later. They sent another "test car" that never showed up. Luckily the Cobra was the one that showed up instead of the test car. Paint seems to work fine though.

I made a 2-for-1 deal. I sent him one of mine, he received it. He sent me his one, I received it. I sent him the other one, and he hasn't received it yet. Really frustrating considering it was my first trade.
