:D :D :D I hope it looked good enough for you!

Wearing it's recent battlescar (drivers door roof rail snapped). Replacement part is on it way.

Absolutely insane pace by McNish in the last 35 minutes. Very well deserved. Too bad that Toyota wasn't able to keep up, but hopefully they'll be more compititive on Spa.

Again, they were racing last year's car. I don't think they'll bring the 2013 car to Spa, either. I'm guessing we won't see the 2013 until Le Mans arrives.

The thing that worries about this is that Toyota probably are keeping some nifty stuff hidden, but they're not getting any mileage on the 2013 car. And as good as the 2012 is right now, the 2013 car might become a highly unreliable car due to no experience or distance on the chassis.

But then I could also be horribly wrong and the actual 2013 TS030 will stomp Le Mans.

Radio Le Mans confirmed during the race that Number 7 will be running the new car at Spa.

Weird seeing Kobayashi in Ferrari overalls, he didn't do a bad job today. Watching the live timing he was right on the pace of the Astons which is all you can ask for really.

I didn't keep track of Bruno Senna's progress, did someone else?

So they do have a 2013 variant? Did not know that. My hopes just went up for Toyota taking a couple of wins this season. And of course we all know who will win next year. :sly:

He's standing right beside Kobayashi :sly::lol:

I know he won GT Pro along with Turner and Mucke, I meant did anyone keep track of his driving and how well he did?
Turner and Mucke are two of the fastest GT guys out there and the top Aston drivers. So its not surprising for that car to win, which is why I'd like to know how well Senna did.

I posted in the other thread that Toyotas PR tells the story of why they fell back. www.toyotahybridracing.com

They started the race with a different tire compound than Audi and that proved to be the wrong choice. It caused understeer and excessive wear. Thats why their times fell back. Particularly the #7. When they switched compounds later in the race the car got better. In fact their best lap was .4 second behind Audis best ;) with an old car! At Spa the #7 will be driving the new 2013 car and at LeMans both cars will be 2013 spec. Another interesting tidbit of information- they were able to last further in a stint than Audi. So while it takes longer to refuel the Toyota, they can make up that gap by lapping further in a stint. Bring on Spa!
