After few more laps with my full moded Yaris RS 1.5(J) i've done something like this...
T1-1'31.260
T2-2'38.727
T3-3'47.200
i was realy enjoying drive with the yaris, i've also tried the vanquish(nice car to slide on the 90º bends):eek: , a few hondas also(all FF) amazing sound they make...:crazy: :drool:
Faster cars, yes but i was not enjoying:yuck:
but none of this cars enjoyd me so much as the yaris...:eek:
probably this will be the time i will submit.

Ran more laps in the F1, and no matter what I do, it seems I can't break through to a 1'00.xxx T1 or a 2'38.xxx T3. But, I was able to get a clean lap within .1 of my fastest dirty lap, so at least I made some progress there.

Looking at Heinrich's splits, it seems I'm loosing a couple of seconds between T2 and T3 :grumpy:
 
Well, just woke up, and thank God your brother and you are ok Kent, I never go to bars or anything like that because alcohol+bad temper people = trouble. Sorry to hear that bad experience, but I'm glad both of you returned safe.

As for the racing goes, I still don't reach my goal for this week with the F094/S, it's gonna be tough, but not impossible. I'll race later after my breakfast and taking my medication, laters :)

Have been fighting for hundreds of a second on my laptime for the last couple of sessions and I just can't keep up with you guys.. No wonder, I'm new to this but still.. Couldn't see where I lost the time.. So I decided to test someone else's settings.. But I could't get the gears to match like the write-up said! (You've guessed it by now?) I just now learned the so called "tranny trick" and first thing that happened, I ran a (ok, little bit dirty) lap no less than 3 (!) seconds faster than my previos record..

Very much ashamed for not knowing, very happy for now being very much faster! :dopey:

Please don't laugh too hard! :guilty:

Will now try to get a clean lap to submit... 👍

Mini arcade but painfully far behind you guys..
S2000 LM Racecar, the one I'll try to submit.. Just got my clean lap but I know I'm leaving much time out there.. Can't get both fast and clean lap at the same time though..

Also ran the FTO LM but not faster than the S2000..

Current times (S2000 LM):

T1 1'10.278
T2 2'07.958
T3 3'05.486

All clean.. Beautiful.. Well, not pretty to see, lost much time in a few places but I think I'm about to reach my "limit".. Oh well.. :)

I know I said I was gonna drive a few different cars, but driving the Mini was such a hoot, I didn't get around to all the other cars :)

I only set a decent time with the Mini, and also drove 2 laps in the 787B. Just to have a time that would (hopefully) get me in the points :P

787B (984 bhp)
T1= 1:13:434
T2= 2:13.365
T3= 3:12.843
I know, that's not very good, but as said, I only did two laps, and didn't play around with settings whatsoever.

Mini (178 bhp)
T1= 1:39.001
T2= 2:49.260
T3= 4:03.277
How you guys get T3 with the mini under 4 minutes is beyond me :P

BTW @ Luxy. I saw on the leaderboard that you got me in Div 3, as far as I know, I'm still Div 2 (unless I got dumped without me knowing :P )

Times submitted for the Denso and FTO (no time to race tomorrow).

I'm almost a second off from my target time. Lap was fine until the 90 degrees corners. Messed up there a little and the whole last sector was crap :grumpy: .
 
I tried the tranny trick earlier today in the F1 car, and I noticed virtually no improvement. Acceleration was a bit down, but I was getting an extra 2-3mph on the main straight. And I did do it properly if anyone is wondering, since I was at the redline coming into turn one.

I'll try to have another go at the S2000 LM, but I better make sure my RX-7 LM time has a good last sector first. ;)

I'm really wanting to run the RGT fully modified too. :eek:

I really want to try something else too but my lap in the Denso just ended in tragedy.. Still, I was waaaaay behind the others driving it, so no great loss..

Will maybe try to race something tomorrow too.. Just have to figure out what! :)

evo i noticed that if you get around 352kph (220mph) at the end of straight with tranny trick that is good, once over around 348kph (217mph) with full downforce the F1 doesnt like to accelerate even when its in its powerband.

Ah, ok, since I'm running at full downforce, a more traditional gear setting makes more sense for me since it gives more acceleration.
 
With my gear setup in the F1, I'm past the redline in 6th from the start line all the way to the braking point. You only really gain about 10-15 mph from the start line to the first turn.
 
im getting 328-330kph (205 - 206mph) across finish line, what are you guys getting?
 
I think I was at 207 or 208, but I wouldn't trust those numbers too much, I have a bad memory. Didn't get a run in today, I was moving all day. :(.
 
I've posted some before if you look back a bit, nothing clean saved so you don't have to worry :sly:.

Btw, times submitted already, tomorrow I'm not sure if I'll be able to submit them, I did today just in case. Only improved my Mini time to a 3'59 T3, the GT-One and the F1 laps couldn't improve them. See you all at the finish line and at Week 101 :) 👍

Luxy updates it every so often during the week. Just keep posting your times here and they will get added in the next update. 👍
