only 100km done since yesterday, i've improved my final time, but my T1/T2 times are very bad:yuck: ,T3 better:) but not good to beat my best time(red ticked by my self 4 tires off track)

My final T times are this:.
T1-6.433:yuck: (0.3xx worst of my PB)
T2-20.435:yuck: (0.4xx worst of my PB)
T3-35.733:nervous: (0.1xx worst of my PB)
Im still imagening if i've done a better T1/T2 times the lap whould be something:eek:  and maybe:bowdown:
Time submited...
 for all, & good luck.

Time submitted no improvements what so ever. Can't believe how close it is for first place in D2.This WRS has been so much fun for me especially with all this stiff competition.

Ah well, didn't get any time out on this one during the past week. Have sat down for under an hour with the Impreza LM and found one fast clean lap. Won't win me any prizes, but it'll have to do. Hopefully I'll see you all again for week 92 and I'll get some serious practice in!

T1 6.609
T2 21.286
T3 37.665

Submitted.

Damn! You guys are haulin' a$$!

Leaderboard updated.
I better get some runs in. :embarrassed:
Looks like there is a FTO group and a Impreza group in D1.

The game that keeps on giving. It looks like I may put in some late track time to post a time. I haven't posted one in ages. Here we go...

Gave a last effort, and came up with a tenth reduction, just might be enough to get me past Luxy or Thurzo. Time Submitted 👍

i think i may have to give this one a shot, been away so long, got room for me

oh i have a steering wheel now also:)

--------------------------------------edit--------------------------------

ooh on second thought, just checked the date, maybe too late, i think ill wait til next week 💡

I started on this one to late. :(

Just ran a 6.3/20.0/35.3 and touched the wall in the last turn. :banghead:

I then ran a 35.6 and I took it to easy in the last turn. Don't think I'll make it to the podium because of that. :grumpy:

At least I'm in the top 5 and had a good time trying to catch Luxy, Thurzo and icemanshooter23. 👍

Anxious to see the results of this one. Looks like there is about 1 tenth seperating 2nd from 5th at T3!

To get my gears sets, you have to do the reverse tranny trick. Something I learned in BCv3

Thanks.

And then I have to ask: What's the reverse tranny trick, how do you do it and what's the philosophy behind it?

Since for the tranny trick you have to move :
1) move the auto settings all the way to the right (usually 42),
2) then the final drive all the way to the right (usually 4.999),
3) then move the auto settings all the way to the left (usually 18 or 21)
4) finally adjust your final drive to whatever you want ;

I guess you have to do the same to the left to do the reverse tranny trick.

Concerning the philosophy I'll let GT3Mich do the talking.
I still consider that 99% of the improvement comes from paying attention to the driving line and braking points, and only 1% from the settings.

I have a lot going on right now with the BC and my team so when I ran that lap, it was way faster than anything else I had done so I stopped. I guess I took that last corner a bit slow.
With Rally races, the fewer shift times the better and the reverse tranny allows for keeping the car in 4th gear most of the time on dirt. You'll just have to watch the video when Ron and Daan get around to making one.
