Still didn't get a chance to post about last week's challenges! So incredibly late, here I am:

1) Sunday Cup 500 @ Eiger Nordwand

Used a mostly stock Jaguar E-Type with only SH tires as a mod, after doing a couple tries with the original CM ones. Eventually took the win, it was a fun event with the old ladies scolding all those youngsters. No CRB unfortunately, as when I did this race I was still recovering from a crossfit session and thus made a lot of mistakes.

Parts ticket was some titanium rod and pistons for some car that I forgot.

2) American Clubman Cup 700 @ Daytona International

Did it with my trusty patrol car Charger Hellcat, at 630pp due to SS tires. Nasty on the more technical sections, unbeatable on the final sector where all those 717 horses made short work of everyone. Eventually unit 864 caught up with the leader and ended the illegal street race, again no CRB.

3) Gallardo Special @ Tokyo East Ring

Took out my Gallardo Balboni which had been sitting out since the first Gallardo one-make at Sardegna, still on that very same setup. At slightly above 700pp with SM tires it was easy to win this race, this time also with a CRB since it seems walls don't matter.

Got the money ticket.

4) Schwarzwald League @ Barcelona

I hate Catalunya, it's a terrible circuit in which I suck big time, so I was happy to tackle this race with the @praiano63 700pp setup for the Cayman GT4; originally wanted to use a new one that I bought but eventually decided to "fix" my old one. That setup is just a killer, obliterated the competition by the end of lap 2/7, drives like a wonder! Made a couple mistakes due to being unable to stay focused and lost a CRB that was so stupidly easy to obtain otherwise.

5) World Touring Car 800 @ Watkins Glen

After a hateful track, now a lovely one, wish I could race more on the Glen with some grindy event since it's such a beautiful circuit. The randomizer had me take this on with the M3 GT, which once again sent me to Praiano's patreon for a setup. Wonderful machine indeed, had never used it before and now I regret it, it was a really fun fun race. No CRB since the AI loves to throw themselves at you, but a dominant win regardless.

Car ticket gave me the Mitsubishi VGT which saved me a million, would've never spent such money for such a crap car otherwise.

And now, time for the new week...

What do you mean by 'demolish', what is it for you ? I ran that race in the Alfa ( full stock ) as well and I did not have this impression. Sure, you're faster because you drive at max. while most of the AI don't use their full potential, but I never felt like I could 'demolish' the win out of this.
I made a bunch of mistakes on my first try with it and still won by over 15 seconds, another run would be quite a bit more because I got more than a second a lap faster by the last couple of laps. Potentially I had a slow field for that one too but the car just seemed too quick for that race, I was something like 3-4 seconds a lap faster than the real world spec M3 I tried too.

ST la Croissant is a track that that is very unfamiliar for me plus i dislike it the most with Eiger reverse following just a bit behind.
After running the new GTR i pick a stock nismo 400R with the addition of SS tyres as we run it in the class of Titans at Tokyo east 2 weeks ago.
Managed to win on last lap but i really enjoy it .
Don't know if the AI was fast enough ( normal mod ) but the car was very enjoyable even if i don't know the track .
Nismo 400R is brilliant ( when tyre wear is off) for the track .

Well a nice deserved break from the Eiger and we are given a DTM race (bravo)
I always start from the hardest and work my way to the easy and this week is no different.

In a thread somewhere it was mentioned that the Safety Car was now eligible for racing in events, so I took mine out for the run, another easy race. 🔰

The only cars that truly belong here are the true old racers, and I ran it twice to get the CRB. First run with the 917K, easy but a lot of rain. 🚫

Just had to run the little Alfas wheels off at this race, just passed the lead above in final lap for the win 🔰
Looking forward to next week....

I apologize for being such a noob and ignorant but I have no clue what that is. What lap times are we talking about ?
28's for the Alfa and 31-32 for the M3 and 190 Evo II that I tried, the 190 has the issue that unless you turbo it you can't get enough power to match real specs, I think it's also slightly too heavy too.
