THANK YOU🐶No wall riding needed, but it's gotten much harder for cars that are not heavily PP optimized (150+kg of ballast strategically placed, Min/Max aero Front/Rear, etc) to win this. Track time and track knowledge help a lot too, of course.
IMO, the minimum tires to fit on any build should be Sports Mediums.
After some quick testing, the Volvo 240 Drift Brick is more stable than the Mazda at lower speeds because of Racing Tires and Turbo lag. You will have all the top speed and acceleration you need, but your braking distances will be VERY long.

Be gentle with the throttle, because turbo 1000+hp. And brake in a straight line or be ready for oversteer during trail braking.

It's a shame the AI is as hard as it is here, because I think this track has great flow.
