The worst part about this race is their braking habits. I usually like the line that they're taking, but they always brake so damn early, and I'm not ready for it, so I end up slamming my Integra into the back of one of their supercars. Sure, it might disable it, but hah! They'll never underestimate an Integra again! :D

Yeah, you gotta anticipate their braking, and sometimes you stay a little farther to the inside and get a pass on em by braking just a bit later. Youve gotta time it pretty well tho. I made a couple awesome passes in the first lap of the rae ive got saved now doing that.

Yeah, finally got 3 laps clean, after putting probably 1000 miles on my integra and going through 1 oil change, which dropped the friggin' power by 10HP !!! What a bummer, but yes, looks like only a handful of people who actually did the whole race this week, so a chance to maybe to move into another division.

Those AI are alot of dumb numbnuts, driving supercars and going round corners like limosine's or something ...

One thing about these races, they teach you alot about the specific car for the week. I bought the Integra as my 2nd car in the game, but actually learnt such alot about it the past week with regards to setups, more than I did in the 1st 1000 miles I did in the thing !

Best of luck to everyone, what a mission this one was !

Well, not time submission for me this week :(

Unfortunately (at least in terms of playing GT3), I had to leave for Mexico yesterday morning, and I didn't manage to get competitive and/or clean time...
...I guess I'll have to drink lots of beer by the pool to make up for it :)

I'll be reunited with my PS2 Saturday night, so hopefully I'll be able to sumbit a time for Week 30.

I might try that passing technique later on tonight. I agree, the AI's braking style is throwing me off, it's like they don't know how to use the brakes. Who knows? maybe if I can find some time later on tonight after my homework is done I'll pull some laps with the super-cars and see what happens...
