👍

Just had an idea - I think I might try hybriding a Pitz with some big 4r53 rims and a MONSTER turbo :D

Five past 2 in the afternoon as I'm typing (is that AM or PM ?... What's so wrong with a 24 hour clock ?)

Well, after a quick 30 min session with a car I had in my garage.... Times to start with... Hope they will improve by the week's end though..

T1 - 22.543
T2 - 41.191

I have been having a bit of a think here. What about some of these motors

Vx 220
Celica Gt4
Mr2 G ltd
Impreza
Silvia
Evo
motorsport Elise
Integra type r
accord type r
Audi tt

i haven`t realy tried any of them but i did try that silvia last week @ Apricot hill and it was quite fast.

umm if I read well I think you can boost any car below the 2000cc right? in that case the spoon civic would be a great car :)

well I cant race right now...I have classes so I should do some times tonight and post them tomorrow...later :)

Should be fun week this week, but the rotaries rule kicks things up a notch. does anyone have a list of cars of this sort?

Edit: the Sprinter Trueno Shigeno doesn't appear to have a displacement; is it acceptable?

hey guys i am not the best racer, but i was wondering if someone could suggest a car to use, and if it can be tuned or will it go over 2000cc

I had the Spoon civic and the Mugen S2000 in mind. Although I've not checked either to see if the fit the 2liter requirement

the only way it'll go over 2000cc is if you use the increase displacement mod, but the only cars relevant to this are the civics, the skyline gts type m, and the mini (if youre brave enough to use it. haha) now it doesnt actually show that the displacement gets increased to after you perform the mod, so i dont know if this is a legal mod or not since you dont know what it would be afterwords. the civics only have 1.8L so they might be alright, but the skyline gts has a 2.0L tho so it'd definently be over 2.0L after displacement increase

ok thanks

I actually have a complaint about this weeks race (note it for next week), and don't start whining about my complaining because you all do it too. Do you think we could have a race on a different course every oce in a while? I mean, this is the second time in 3 weeks that we have raced this course, and I don't once remember seeing a course like Laguna Seca, SSR5, or maybe even the Test Course...

22.983
42.168

With a 1.8 p/w under 400hp but i might not run this car as i dont think it shows the displacemen.

Yeah its the AE86 SS.
oh well time to check out some other cars.

interesting fact; the Turbo F1 cars all meet the limit for this week's race. I think this is why Boom specified "no race cars" in the first post (we wouldn't want anyone taking an enormously huge lead now, would we?)

Well, I am quite surprised at the moment with the car I am using. It was the last one of 12 cars I chose that I thought would make the cut. Unbelievably it is a japanesse car and not a european car... anyways two laps and running a clean
22.7xx and a 41.4xx but the car still needs to get tuned out of the default that it is currently.

One question though. . . actually a few.
1. I looked at tyhe VX220 and it seemed the displacement is over the rules.
2. The Spoons and Mugens do not have a displacement number on their stats, do they qualify because of that? If I remember correctly I saw earlier in the thread that if it is -cc then we can not use it.
3. Whomever gouged my eye is going to get a knuckle sandwich.

This is my first race here and not to get off topic but,i just got done looking at the car info /settings data base and i am very impressed who ever made the data base needs a pat on the back very cool
