Just had to try that.

Forward direction on the track, with the car in reverse, that is;

53.772 2:32.172 3:34.628

Zigged a few times when I should have zagged, so it's not entirely clean. Had to bump first gear a couple of times to get unstuck. A 2:xx might be possible.

Hi Boom :) I will run a few laps this week in the Razo

Not a nice course for me but the Razo is a dream drive ;)

count me in 👍

Ok, this means everyone should thank their lucky stars. (for real)

P gets back in on the series... cool with me, sure :sly: I know I can't keep up with P (or some of you guys that are already here), but my point to this...

P is not using the denso. So for now, we are all safe. :D

Thanks Kent 👍 (you know I love the "P's here" bit :P )

Truth be known ! I'm only running the Razo as it's the only one I think I wont struggle getting clean with :embarrassed:

Then again!.... I hit a wall on Monaco in an Arcade Mini only 2 weeks back

Guess i'm fooked:P

It will be fun nonetheless! 👍

Well regardless of performance, it's good to have you back. Too bad you didn't get around in time to get in on UB57's awesome diablo series. :D

I made a mean run a slowpoke (goes by pokealong here) and he only managed to take my by about 2 seconds after 20+ minutes of racing. (with our fastest laps being about .4 apart.) (then agian, he probably could have done better :( )

Anyway, have fun with your silvia.

Later. And of course, say hello to lotus for me. ;)

Sweet, the turn out in Division 1 will be nice this week. Welcome back Mister P! I still havent done anything though :banghead: Tomorrow I promise to have atleast a little T2 in for everyone.

No PS2, no GT3, only alcohol and Silent Hill can stave off withdraw now..,

Man, I hope I get my system back Monday so I can improve my lap time before midnight. This has been realy fun since I joined, its just like real life. Bad luck and breaks set you back sometimes, while good sessions that you can focus on and input from other drivers help you succed. And a little good luck.

Welcome back Ron. Glad to have ya around. You have been missed.
Got a lot of fresh new meat here in the Weekly that need to be shown what it's like. :mischievous:

@HareTurtle

Where do you live that it's snowing right now? And can you send some our way. Ski season is off to a slow start.

Yes, yes. Boom needs to make Tofu and I look like morons on the slopes.... Even though he never wants to visit us!!!! *cries*

I picked up my free and half priced ski passes for you two bone heads!

We need snow before you can come up here though. I really enjoy punishing you, but you learning how to snowboard in these conditions goes far beyond normal punishment.
I have this Sunday off, but I've been involved with a new girl so that's been taking up my time. We shall see though. You free Sunday?

*** THREAD JACK! ***

Boom big pimpin'. :mischievous: Well, Sunday is when I see mine.

As you probably know, December in retail isn't great. I don't know what Tofu is up to though. You may just have to come and be scared of the Subaru on the 13th. Oh, hey, check it out:

I'm in central Maryland, on the Eastern slopes of the Catoctin Mts. Elevation aboout 1100ft, which I realize would be 6000 or more feet underground in most of CO. About an inch and a half on the ground so far, and coming down pretty well. You could have it all if it was up to me. My driveway (straight up the mountainside) is a beech in the snow, even with 4WD. :odd:

thatsame storm is heading my way nd is gonna make things horrible for me tomorrow (I have to march at halftime in he superbowl while it's snowing hard!) Oh well, I probably won't get a better time than the 1'05.6 I whipped out last night...

Anyone have splits in the MR-S or Silvia?

My MR-S time so far is 26.7 / 1:11.2 ...

The MR-S is much more fun to drive than the GT500 cars, I can actually concentrate on my line and not just keeping it off the wall :D

I gave this a few tries in the Denso, and I'd be lucky to break 1:06 let alone get 1:04. Incredible.

I never took the time to mention it, but the same day I ran a 1.04.4, I ran a 1.04.7 that beat the 4.4 by .1

So I guess the 1.04.4 was weak and the 1.04.7 was right where it should be.

This pretty much puts me about a second off where I need to get to, then again, I don't really need to do a damn thing, so, if I get to it, I will put in some time... if I don't, then it's gonna be a 1.04.7 for the turn in... I suggest everyone gunnin for a pro keeps this in mind and capitalizes. :D

Good luck.

I tried the silvia, with a T2 of about 1'08.8 at the lowest. It's a bit slower, but is much more fun to drive (kinda like the relationship between the Vertigo and the Zonda Racer)

Well I finally had some runs today with the Calsonic and I'm disappointed, not in the car.. but in me. My best T1 is 23.8 and best T2 not on same lap is 1'04.3.... My best race time is on a 1'04.3 but I fudged the last part abit, and my T1 was only 24.2 :( I can't keep this thing fast and precise for the whole lap. There is always one place where I do a tiny mistake, and it costs me. If I dont have anymore time, that 24.2/1'04.3 will have to do even if its not even close to where it should be :irked:

Don't feel bad t13r, the post you just put up is exactly what I should be writing. (with a slight difference in times)

Although I commend you, the calsonic can be a buger to work against the denso, but your doing it quite well... good job. (even for a time that your not happy with)

;)

well T13R if your unhappy about those spits then maybe you can give them to me.

24.7 (so slow)
1.05.3 ( very quick T1 to T2)

If i could get a 24.1 which i have many times and keep the pace to the T2 i would have 1.04.7. So i just got to put the laps in i guess

Dammit I think i'm just gonna walk round the track this week.

I can't get a good lap hooked up. I can do each sector pretty good - but never in the same lap.

I usually messup the section coming out of casino and down into the tunnel or the very last corner.
It's winding me up.

But I'm not gonna give up just yet.

Had a few laps in the Razo not too good here :embarrassed: ..

.. so I opted for the Denso afterall, best T2 so far 1.03.9xx

I hate this course very unforgiving from T2 onwards :irked:

I'll get a few more laps soon, Nice sectors Sough and to T13r in the Sonic

i wanna take part in this weekly race series what do i have to do just do what the 1st thread tells me and tell u my sector times (i.e. t1 t2 t3) and if so can i enter right now and do this ?

i did that registration thing and sent boombexus a message so its just about waiting now :), wen i get the pm back can i take part in this weeks race? or do i have to wait till the next 1 starts

If the pm gets back before tuesday at 00:00 GMT(or in other words, the end of monday's night) you can start to take place on this one...in the meantime, you may want to try this race just in case it gets earlier, but pm doesnt reach, your time wont be official.

Hey Heinrich my T1 to T2 is only .3seconds slower than yours. I remeber you saying that is the hardest. Well it looks like i can keep up (just about)
