This is weird,i bought a new car-hp 410,now i go back to the dealer and they are all 450 hp with the turbo on.
1.IS this the old bait and switch scam?
2.I think i need a lawyer to sue my Toyota dealer.
3.Anybody interested in a slightly used Supra?

Kent, no problem with the deadline. It is 8 am tuesday morning here so It has no effect to me, 'cause I submit my time Monday night local time. 
And good for me, I took almost a second off my previous best. Now T-times 20.9//40.4. I decided to go the T2 under 40 today. Thanks for posting that setup, Mr P, I will try it later.

If I do not feel like going through the trouble of winning enough money to buy one or winning one in a race, is using the Arcade Mode car acceptable?

well tried some laps in the Supra, and this is my best so far
T1=0'20.377
T2=0'39.917
I thought I had a good one, but after watching that monstrous T2 by P, I guess I have to try that setup and go faster

I thought this too. is the only difference between the sim and the arcade car that you cant change the tyres ?? If so then someone using arcade would struggle ( depends what tyres the arcade car has??)
anyway I had enough credits to buy the car - Ive only got 600,00 left though now !! I need to get some more credits fast if we've to buy another car later on in the series !!

What I will do is this...
1. You can run an arcade version, but in the results I will post that exception for individuals. So include if you used an arcade castrol in your results pm.
2. In the next few weeks at one point I will throw us a prize car so racers can actually earn money and get a car to race with. (helps the budget and gets you the prize car.
Also, if money is an issue, jump in your fastest car and go to the amatuer league german touring car championship.
3 laps for each race.
30,000 first place for each race.
Plus bonus and prize car if you race the 5 race series.
(this will win you tons of money fast, and if you save at the end of the 4th race, you can reload and skip the 5th race over and over again until you win an expensive prize car.
Good luck fellas, and remember, yes you can use the arcade car if you really don't want to bother with the sim car... but it's gonna leave you at a dissadvantage.

Mr P! The setup is awesome! I could took .7 seconds off my overall, and, as I promised, I did go below 40secs in the T2. Thanks again! 👍

ok...I'm confussed....I bought the supra this morning, sold off some other cars to fund it. Are we running the ARCADE version or sim version (our own tires/oil change). I seems like it needs to be one or the other and not both.....

We are running with the sim version of the car, but if you don´t have money to buy it, use the arcade version. Thats how I understanded it.

just ran 20 or so laps with medium tyres on ! well done me
and I just noticed that the left side wheel nut things are red whereas the right side ones are blue !! Im going too slow to notice that !

That is how I understood it too...so this means there will be two classes and two, well 6, "winners.
Correct?
Given we are running the sim version with no real mods other than tires/oil change that still gives one a HUGE advantage over the arcade supra. Let alone you can't tune the arcade version (settings)....
Unless there are 2 classes/6 winners it needs to be one or the other....
Or declare it as class racing (like say leMans with multiple classes) and victories within the times for each class..

39.9 - never thought Id get under 40 secs, Ive pretty much cracked the first right hander but I seem to struggle with the nasty right just before the bridge b4 the long left b4 t2 :sad: any tips on how you lot in the 38 sec's are running that corner ?

BigJames, the only way to go round that corner is fast as you can! brake very little and slide in with power, you should just run a little on the inside rumble on the exit of the turn and keep a nice straight line into the roundy 3rd gear all way through it for me.

I use third for the whole corner too - Its just that I seem to manage to take a different line each time and cant get the same one each time !!!
