Bling bling bling! That is the US's #1 problem with how it spends money, it doesn't use it wisely. Hell, if I worked in the Whitehouse, I'd be willing to go to a local home improvement store or whatnot and buy a toilet(assuming the government reemburses me the money for it) rather than wasting hundreds of thousands of tax dollars to get a simple toilet....

I'd also be willing to go to the hardwarestore, buy a hammer for $5, instead of spending thousands for the same model....
