What’s is with GT7’s penalty system???

What is going on with some sort of update to the penalty system. Its boarder line retarded. It gives penalties for minor bumps and spins but blatant pushes that lead into the other car spinning out NOTHING??? as long as they don’t spin off track it’s all good and clean is it? but in saying that, that’s not even consistent either. SERIOUSLY it needs to be given the attention it so desperately needs. Even a track limit penalty is good for one car but not the other? Fine one moment but not the next.
