I want it so bad.. Gimme...

Renault Fuego GTX '82
Or any other variant. So good memories of it.

I got some other popular cars that could be interesting too based on how many reviews they got on Youtube and Magazines and also because they are quite affordable and many people have them.

- Affordable Sports Cars:
1. VW GLI MK5, MK6 or MK7
2. Honda Civic SI (8th and 10th gen)
3. Subaru WRX (VA)
4. Mazdaspeed 3 (1st or 2nd gen)
5. John Works Mini Cooper S (F55/56/57)

Luxury Sports Cars:
1. Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
2. BMW M5 (E39, F10 and F90)
3. Mercedes E63 AMG (W213)

And many more...

Why not something mega silly. Another American sedan. A modern one. Like a Chevy Malibu, or Ford Taurus SHO?

And they honestly don’t need to spend much time one it, because nobody will ever actually play it, like a solid third of cars in the previous full GT game.

I think almost the entire Chevrolet sedan lineup has been in the GT games as is, Malibu included.
Not that I would want to ever try to make a Malibu into something remotely competitive...

Same with Ford and their Classic lineup of cars; pretty much their entire lineup has been in the GT games, including the Taurus SHO (GT2).
(Yeah; remember getting Mark Martin's stock car? I remember that. Pretty cool.)

I'd rather see older cars, like the 1930's Bentleys and Bugattis, that would be awesome to have, and in a game engine that doesn't fall flat unlike how World of Speed did...

Nope. Plus, Nothing wrong with an updated car. The mid 90s SHO is nothing like the current (well until 2019-2020) SHO.

GT has covered most of the cars post-60s. I think those race cars of the 30s would be a good addition.

McLaren 720S (or the 720 LT)
Lamborghini Huracan Perfomante
Ferrari Testarossa
Ferrari 550 Maranello
Ferrari F355
Maserati MC12

- Race cars:

Ferrari F2004
Ferrari 250 LM
Porsche WSC-95
Aston Martin DBR1
Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI
McLaren MP4/4
Lotus 72
Lancia 037
Peugeot 405 T16 GR Pikes Peak
MG Metro 6R4
Mercedes C11
Jaguar XJR-14
Chaparral 2G
Tyrrell P34

Pretty much none of these have been in gran turismo franchise. Would really like to have all of these. But it's probably impossible. Especially the F1 cars and Koenigsegg. The others, namely McLarens, Ferraris and BMWs and Porsches, I might actually see them being put in the game.

I want separate F1 class with cars from different eras.
Well... From the existing cars in the series, we can have the 80s (F1500TA), 00s (Formula GT, OSD should be updated), and the 10s (Mercedes W07). That said, expanding the F1 list does sound good.

snc
new bmw m4 and bmw m4 gt3
I think I'd rather see the M8 GTE and M4 DTM first, as far as relatively new BMW racecars go. I'd also wanna see the V12 LMR return for a Gr.1 car, but that's getting off-topic. Then I'd also like to see the M1, as well as the older 8-Series alongside the new M8. Then there's the M2, and the i8. That's before we get into much older models I'd want to see - that 3200 CS designed by Bertone looks quite sexy, for one example.
